It's no secret that I love baking!! So when Ifra wanted dessert, I was ready with a fun, sneaky recipe.
Vegan Cheesecake Directions:
1. Blend dates and walnuts in a food processor until sort of sticky like a dough.
2. Press the dough crust into a pie pan.
3. For the filling, blend all filling ingredients til smooth.
4. Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
And there you have it....VEGAN Cheesecake, one of my favs!! #blogicomics
