DID YOU KNOW the first modern proposal for daylight savings was by an entomologist in New Zealand who just wanted more daylight to go bug hunting?! (And then it was actually put into practice by Germany in WWI to save energy). Cut to 2022: Do we still need it?! What do you guys think? Obviously, there are pros, but it's also SO confusing and no one enjoys losing an hour of sleep. But at least our computers and phones automatically update for us now (unbeknownst to my mother). #blogicomics
