The British may be offended by my sister who microwaves tea... (not gonna lie, I've totally done that before)! But I usually do boil hot water in a kettle! I also have tea connoisseur friends who measure the exact temperature of the water that matches the type of tea they're brewing. And of course, they only use loose leaf!
