Also update on the @nordstrom dupe situation. There is none. They’ve not DM’d me back, no buyers have reached out, and same story with the other retailers. It’s really disappointing to see these Goliath’s taking zero responsibility for their actions, hoping this will all blow over, when the solution was so so simple. It’s like they all follow some antiquated corporate playbook that just tells them to wait it out and one day I’ll get tired. Well, that’s not happening.

Once and for all, I want to tell you the story of the @popflex_active Pirouette Skort and what had to happen in order for me to be in the situation I am today, with dupes all over the internet and dupes being sold at multibillion dollar corporate giants such as @nordstrom, @tjmaxx, @marshalls, @jcpenney, and @kohls.

I’m exhausted but I’ll never stop speaking up. Because this isn’t just about me. This is for every small business and independent designer who’s ever been victimized by corporate greed.

I’m thrilled that the @popflex_active Go with the Flow Jumpsuit is back in 5 lengths (extra petite to extra tall) in 9 sizes (xxs-3x)!

Sizing note: I recommend you size down as it’s very stretchy! And if you want to wear with flats, also size down on the length by one. I’m 5’5” wearing xs in the regular length with 👠

Also, it’s been over 1 week and @nordstrom still hasn’t responded to me. Your silence is loud, Nordstrom. You could have resolved this but instead you chose this route.

I already took that into account for you. Just get your normal size unless you want it to be shorter - then size down!

Also - as I post new content, please know that this is simply an intermission throughout this whole @Nordstrom patent infringement dupe debacle. I’ve still not heard back from them and it’s giving they just want me to get tired and go away. BUT NO. I will not stop. Why? Because it’s not just about me. It’s about standing up against these corporations for all my fellow independent designers and small businesses who don’t have the platform that I have to speak up. I will never stop fighting until they apologize and do the right thing.
