Are your eyes bigger than your stomach? Mine are! ๐ ๐ I honestly can eat SO MUCH and SO FAST, itโs heinous. The problem is, my stomach has a delay in telling me โthatโs enough!โ so I end up with a belly ache and...umm...lots of regrets ๐๐ญ Iโm currently practicing the art of chewing slowly and eating slowly! They say to put your fork down between bites, but being the prepared person that I am, I feel the urge to create my next bite WHILE chewing. ๐ด This is going to take some time and habit-breaking.
