Baking and making desserts is one of my favorite past times!! It's so cathartic and I can lose myself in it for hours. But I can get a bit... carried away! And that's how we end up with eight tubs of ice cream in our freezer! Luckily, I have my sister and Nick to share with (when I've stuffed Sam with all the ice cream he can handle).
