I’ve been feeling really unmotivated lately. Aft I’ve been feeling really unmotivated lately. After my 90 day journey, I completely lost a sense of purpose, I lost all focus, wanted to rush through every workout or not even want to do them at all. My workouts didn’t feel meaningful and worst of all, it wasn’t fun anymore. 

Anyway, yesterday, I came up with an idea to switch things up and suddenly I felt that rush of excitement again!

It’s not that I don’t like working out, it’s just that I was getting bored and needed a change. So here’s the plan!

I’m doing the 30:300 Challenge.

🔲 30 min cardio
🔲 100 push-ups 
🔲 100 double leg lifts 
🔲 100 plie half deadlifts 

Note: I am breaking up the reps into sets and rotating through.

I am feeling like I need to take a break from all the heavy lifting and go back to my roots - more Pilates and bodyweight exercises. I’ll be doing this everyday for 30 days, and the reason why I wanted to go equipment free was because I wanted to be able to do this anywhere even when I’d be traveling.

I am EXTRA excited because @samlivits agreed to do part of the challenge with me. He committed to 30 min cardio and 100 push-ups everyday. So I guess he’s doing the 30:100 😄 We’re both filling out a chart everyday and keeping each other accountable. The motivation is BACKKKK and I’m so thrilled to feel that feeling again!

Anyway, this challenge was made first soley for me to get my motivation and focus back. Join in if you want, or not! Either way I’m on day 2 and feeling very sore.

I love me a desserty no bake recipe that’s ready I love me a desserty no bake recipe that’s ready in 5 minutes!

I love making these a bunch of these ✨Cinnamon Roll Bites✨and then leaving them in the fridge so I can easily grab them for a quick pre or post workout snack!

Balls:

🔲 1 scoop Blogilates Sculpt + Debloat Sweet Cream protein powder 
🔲 1/2 c cashew, almond or sunflower nut butter 
🔲 3 TBS coconut flour
🔲 2 TBS monkfruit syrup (or any syrup)
🔲 1 tsp cinnamon 

Cinnamon sugar coat:
 
2 parts monkfruit sugar 
1 part cinnamon 

1 ball: 93 cals, 4g protein, 7g fat, 4g net carbs, 2g fiber

Makes 10 balls.

- 1 TBS tapioca powder
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- 3 Oz fresh blueberries 
- 1 TBS natural salted peanut butter 
- 4 TBS sugarfree syrup (optional, you can use regular maple syrup)

Took me about 5-6x but whaaaaaa!? Handstands scare me so much but this actually really is encouraging. The wall makes me feel safe. Maybe I’ll try again…try to get my handstand one of these days. Hmm…is it journey status?? I don’t know…
