100 Ab Challenge. You in?
This is the biggest challenge we’ve EVER done. I’m personally committing to doing 100 reps of a unique ab exercise every single day, for 30 days. And guess what? I’m going to go the extra extra EXTRA mile and give you something I have NEVER EVER done before.
I’ll be uploading 30 workout videos in 30 days.
YUP.
1 video for day, per move.
Ambitious. But I’m gonna do it. Because I don’t want to hear ANY excuse for you to not join in! So, if you’re ready to commit, go in the comments right now and type “I’M IN!”
Here’s the challenge:
WHEN:
You can start today!
WHAT:
Do 100 reps of the ab exercise listed for the day! Whether it’s all 100 reps in one go, or 10 sets of 10 reps – doesn’t matter. JUST FINISH IT.
Take a before picture and an after picture! As long as you’re eating clean and drinking tons of water, you will see and feel a difference at the end of the challenge! Use #100abchallenge if you post anything along your journey! This will help us all stay motivated and connected!

I love this challenge and sine I have scoliosis, it has helped add variety to my physical therapy! There are a few on here that wasn’t friendly, but I doubled up on a few others so I can still participate in the 100 Ab Challenge.

I started 3 days ago, and am doing it with the 30 day flat abs challenge, and a few times a week do some other ab exercises , including the lower ab isolate, and some inner thigh and arm workouts. I am going to try to do this for 27 more days! Whoop whoop! The leg lifts are killing me, but I have done 50 so far and will do 50 more once I finish this comment. I obviously don’t see results yet, but I already feel stronger! I love you Cassey!

Have you got some tricks or ideas how can I avoid rashes, wounds in the sacrum area? Especially around my tailbone? I thought my body would get used to exertion over time, but after an intense ab workout my tailbone area is covered by rashes. Have you ever encountered similar problems or is it just me? 🙁
