Every day you will be completing 1 video. Each video is a COMPLETE workout, around 40 minutes long! It includes your warmup, your workout, and your cool down. So all you need to do is focus on 1 check mark per day.
Here is how I’m breaking down your muscle groups for the week:

The #SummerSculpt begins on June 1st and ends on June 30th! I will be uploading the videos to YouTube one day earlier to make sure all time zones are taken care of!

Hello! I’m not sure if this was ever clarified but this summer sculpt program is different from the summer sculpt on the BODY by blogilates app. The one on the app is the 14 day program from 2021 while this calendar is the 28 day program from over 2 years ago. It would be awesome if this program could be added to the app. 😊 maybe even the original PIIT programs 1-4 too?

In 2020 I started searching for a new form of fitness exercises after an injury. A friend told me about Blogilates. I started with the 28-day Summer Sculpt, I noticed an enjoyable difference in my body and myself. So, I subscribed to the Blogilates YouTube Channel. At that time, I printed out the calendar and had to search for the workout videos. I love the upgrade to site! Now I go to the 28-day Summer Sculpt and click on the day and it directly links me to the workout video, I prefer to use the notebook for better visibility. I did have the app on my phone which I loved the how workouts were formatted, the tracker, and the convenience, but I kept having technical difficultly, so I ended up unsubscribing from that.
I had stopped using Blogilates on a daily basis and tried other forms of exercise. Since I have started using Blogilates as my primary form of fitness exercise again, I realize how much I missed it! Through Cassey I have changed my perception on how I can strengthen, tone, and gain flexibility through Pilates. Thank you Cassey for sharing and making this available for all!!

I’m not usually one to post and I’m not done the 28 day challenge.. but I’m on Day 16 and I cannot believe the change in my body. Pre-covid I went to a Pilates class once a week and haven’t done much since except walk my dog twice a day…
I’m not sure if I look any different but, but I feel so much stronger and younger doing this challenge. So I’m sticking with it and hope I find more challenges on here to keep me engaged and growing in my Pilates adventures.

I would just like to say I love this challenge. One July 7th, 2021, it will be two years I’ve been doing it at least 18 days a month. I’ve lost over 25 lbs and 19 inches. I went from a size 10-12 to a size 4. I am constantly complemented on my tone and my ability to play tennis and pickleball is what it was when I was in my 20’s (45 now). I’ve purchased PITT 28 and a few items of merchandise just to support Cassy for all that she has done for free. I didn’t stick with PITT28 because cross training isn’t my thing. I love Pilates! Thank you Cassy!

I can’t decide between the 21 Day Tone or this one. Which one would you recommend doing now? I will be going on vacation in mid-July and want to get rid of a few stubborn lbs. Thank you!

Hi Mia! I’m not Cassey hahaha but I just wanted to say that you’re never really too young to workout. I’m also 13 and I workout to Cassey’s videos all the time! I am pretty sure this workout works for everyone as long as you do it right, just make sure you’re listening to your body so that you stop if it’s too hard so that you don’t injure yourself. And do it for yourself, not cause someone said something mean to you if that’s the case. Anyways, good luck!

I’m late for the party but it’s summer somewhere 🙂 Just finished the first week.
I am on week three of the program right now and I have noticed a difference on the scale and I appear to be more toned especially in my legs and stomach area. So far I’ve really enjoyed it and my muscles don’t cramp as fast as they did the first few days
Hi! I am on Day 4 of this challenge and I wanted to know if anyone can share their results please!! I noticed that I am not burning as many calories and my heart rate stays pretty low during the workouts (I use my fitbit) compared to other workout challenges I’ve done… thanks!
On day 9 and lost 4 pounds already from 11 stone and look a lot more toned already. I get on quite a sweat and out of breath from most of the workouts maybe you need a slightly higher level if your general fitness is high. try the monthly calenders they are more challenging allso Cassie does some specific cardio workouts which will defo get that heartrate up if thats what your searching for 😀

I have been doing your workouts for about a month now and i notice a huge difference in my belly. I had alot of loose skin from my major weightloss a few yrs back. I dropped from 220lbs (i say more) to 140 lbs. i still need to loose some weight but i been toning up which i dont mind. But i noticed i dont have that much loose skin on my belly area!!! Thank u because i was seriously thinking of having surgery to tighten my belly!!! Im so grateful because not only did i save money but i dont have to put myself at risk with surgery nor am i so self conscious about my body anymore!!! And i feel super sexy 🙂
Hi I started last week with it and it’s great love it. But after the first 3 days I got sick and had to stop it. When I start again hopefully soon should I start from beginning again? Or from the point I stopped? Does somebody know whats best?

Yes! I just did it again and love it. One video, no jumping, easy to remember schedule and so much sweating. Some of my grade 9 students even logged on after online classes were done to do it with me!
Another one of these would be really great if you find the time! I really enjoyed it last year! Would be cool to have a new one.

I have shoulder issues and have trouble with doing anything where propping myself up on my elbow is an issue (such as side plank dippers and side seal today) and doing push up type stuff is a challenge too. Any suggestions for substitutions? Appreciate it…
If I were you, I would firstly visit a doctor and ask about shoulder issues and how you should pair it (or should you even pair it) with exercise. For the exercises where you have to prop yourself up on the elbow, I would consider laying down while having your arm stretched to the side or prop yourself all the way up on your wrist. I, myself, have some wrist issues and doing push ups is also really challenging for me- to make it easier, I do the modified version of push ups (crossing your legs while on your knees) or you could substitute push ups with ‘oil riggers’ because they target the same areas- you can see the demo of that move in Cassey’s #7dayarmchallenge.

I did this back in June when Cassie launched it. I fell in love with it even though I was way out of shape. I saw some nice results from it. I’m going to give it another go this month (September). I love how it is just one video to follow and that is it. If love another challenge like this one.

It took me somewhat more than 28 days to finish the Summer Sculpt Program as I’m not able to work out every single day. But it was very easy to stick to it: Great Program, Casey! And yes, it helps you build muscle as well as stamina. I liked the 2 x 10 minutes with the warm up and the cool down. And: I’m very close to manage a split (both right and left!) in the meantime. I wasn’t able to do one when I was “young” but have the split as a longterm personal goal for some time now. I turned 50 in April and with regards to my body strength, I feel more powerful than ever. Thanks to you!

I was doing 1.5-2 hours of pilates per day before a knee injury took me out of commission. I may be a month late, but I did day one (the first day I’ve worked out since I got hurt!) yesterday! I’m learning how to balance listening to my body and pushing my limits in ways that make sense for me– taking it slow, but slow is better than nothing!

I am a faithful follower of blogilates for many years, i was working with the 28 day challenge, and i stopped getting videos after video 7…i have not experienced this issue before, i live in canada, don’t know if that is the problem..sounds like the 28 days were a success, would love to get my hands on vid 8-28! The 7 videos are for each day of the week, Monday through Sunday (Video 1=Monday, Video 4= Thursday…) and you repeat the cycle of videos for 4 weeks, hence 28 days

I feel my abs flying after every workout
Finished the challenge in June, and now on day 2 of the second round. This time I am pushing myself more than I did the first round. I think this program is sustainable and is worth doing for a while until I stop sweating so much! 😀

I’ve never sweat so much as I have when doing this workout! I’m sweating bullets haha. I finished day 2 and feel really motivated, so I hope to finish the whole calendar, at least at my own pace. I’m especially loving the warm-ups at the beginning of the videos.
Hi! When i do side lifts or leg swings i feel and hear a crack. Am i doing sth wrong?
I have that too!! It stops me from doing the moves like leg lifts and Double D’s because it starts to hurt so much from popping and cracking, i think it’s the bones not being used to moving that way?? definitely take it easy and maybe if you are feeling pain or are unsure of it then i would substitute the moves with others that you know you can do safely that target the same/similar areas!! Safety is always the most important xx

Finishing this 28 day sculpt plan has prove that I was totally out of shape and it helped me got back on track plus getting so much stronger. I am very happy that I pulled it through, now I am ready for July workout. Wish me luck.

I can’t believe I’m already over half of the way through with the challenge. I look forward to working out each and every day. I feel so accomplished when I push through these incredibly challenging workouts. I feel like I’m getting stronger each week. I’m going to be so sad when the summer sculpt is over.
I was sick and then on vacation so I started week one yesterday. I’m not able to get through a full workout yet, just half but I intend to finish this out and then circle back and do the full work outs next month or sooner if I can get back into shape fast enough. Great work outs and I’m glad I’ve followed Cassie for so long!

I never thought that the “Leg & Butt” workout will exhaust me as much as it does, usually I cope quite well (it took a long time to reach this level) with your exercises but this one is HARD on me. Week two was not much easier than week one… nevertheless looking forward to week 3. I’m like the Summer Sculpt Series, its fun!
Tried a week of The 28 summer Sculpt and it was amazing, feel good afterward, a bit challenging for me on the bending part, but loved the fact that was so targeting and a bit crazy 😜

Yes, we do, so like there is one video for Monday and we do it all four Mondays. If you see on the calendar she says the same video for each week, also in her videos she says whether it’s the first Monday or maybe it’s your 2nd or 3rd etc. 🙂

Oh the burpees killed me. I felt so weak. But I made it through, proud of myself. Awesome job to those who also finished the workout.
For some strange reason, my knees start to hurt like crazy every time I did lunges or squats. However, I am grateful that I still worked out yesterday !

I struggled with my motivation for the first 5 days.. I only ended up doing day 1 on the Saturday. However, super proud that I got out of my bed to do these workouts. Super great for both targeted and full body workouts, and you can really feel the burn – I struggled and couldn’t do the moves to the same level as Cassey – but modifying, can still feel the burn. Thanks for putting together such an incredible program
This first weak was hard! A lot of school work but I still finished strong and pushed myself to complete workout every single day! SO thankful for you Cassey!
I’m dying from the first week I can feel it in my legs. I also feel a good satisfaction from pushing my body.
I am dying for the summer sculpt thought i was in shape but after doing cassey workouts i think twice the workouts are great but some are really hard and i give up half way ahh love from Singapore cassey!!💞💞
Day 2 the legs and butt workout was killer! I really enjoyed it but for the moves with the chair it really hurt my lower back and I never felt like I could get my leg high enough or the other leg straight enough. Does anyone have any tips?
Hello! I’m not a trainer so don’t take my tips as gospel, but something that helps me when I feel an ache is to brace my core. Also don’t force your leg any higher that your flexibility allows, that could be hurting your back. Lift it enough that you feel a challenge but not enough to feel intense pain. Work towards a super lifted leg 😀 I hope that at least some of that made sense. Good luck!
I just happened to come across all your amazing things! I’ve been trying to get back in shape or at least get back into going to the gym , I’m so proud of myself for following through each day! I can slowly feel myself improving! I can’t wait to finish the month out strong and see what else you have coming out too! I love that it’s free !!

I suggest you start joining in from Monday so you can follow the full cycle and just finish 1 week later!
Of course! What matters is that you stick to the workouts and try your hardest! I’m currently 3 days behind and it’s still just as challenging and good for my body! (:
I am on day 2 of the “Summer Sculpt,” challenge and I’m loving the burn and the positive motivation. I am having challenges with my form, I believe its because I am not very flexible in my legs and lower back. Those areas have been my problem areas for years. What is recommend to aid in increasing flexibly? I have not intentions on giving up on the challenge but I want to effectively complete the move of the workout

Something’s wrong with me, I’ve done monday through friday and I’m not feeling so much burn! I think my form i bad. The oblique workout was good, though. I’m going to do PIIT28 instead, because I know the form for those exercises, I just need the persistence. 💪🏾 Is this the right decision?
It’s your body, so only you can say whether it is or not. However, “the burn” doesn’t necessarily mean something is or isn’t working. I work a manual labor job, so I try very hard to not be sore etc. . Yet, I can feel the change and definition in my muscles. Hope that helps.
I feel the exact same way. I was very surprised how easy these were and I feel no soreness afterwards. Not on any video. Not even slightly. I don’t think I’m going to do the rest of the challenge because well, it’s not challenging for me. We’re all different. You know your body best!
I love these workouts! Their intense but I feel proud of myself afterwards! It’s so perfect to have a full workout in one video because it helps me to stay focused and motivated! Thank you Cassey for giving us the opportunity to workout with one video completely free! 💕
Last 5 days have been absolutely awesome. Thank you Cassey for making us do this and also, for doing all these workouts with us. We love you. 🙂 I was wondering if it’s possible to know the approximate calories burnt in each session because I’m on a very strict schedule and need to login all in and out calories every day. The amount of calories you burn from a session will vary from person to person, as it depends on how heavy you are and how hard you work for example. So it’s not possible to give a general amount of calories burned, unfortunately.

I think the black and white (no link) just means the video hasn’t been uploaded yet 😊 I think she uploads each video one day in advance (so Friday video is uploaded on Thursday). Hope that answers your question!

I did Monday’s exercise after a month out and it was CRAZY!!!! I could usually breeze through some of your workouts, but holy crap, I was done by the time we got to the Oil Riggers. I didn’t give up though. Can’t wait for later today to start Tuesday’s.

I just started doing this today right after my class and I felt so pumped! It’s 11pm and I’m still awake from that workout! I love it so much and can’t wait for more!

Oh my goodness please don’t do the workout and fast at the same time. Your body won’t be able to sustain this. Fasts are only meant for no more than 2-3 days as a jump start and even then they’re iffy. All you have to do is drink a warm lemon water in the morning if you feel you need a little extra cleanse. If you don’t have any major health issues, and you’re eating clean with little red meat then the liver and kidneys should do what they’re supposed to do and that is cleanse the body. They are the filtration systems. Fasting happens when we sleep. That is why it’s called breakfast. It’s “breaking the fast”. I don’t eat after 8 at night and I have a golden milk or something if I feel I need a little nosh. Please don’t pay attention to all these fads that don’t do anything in the end. Food is life and nourishment and we need to stop treating it as the enemy. Sorry for the long comment. I just feel that too many of us need to hear this more often. Good luck everyone:)
Well, all that is fair unless this is a religious fast.
For anyone doing a religious fast, I would suggest timing workouts to be around the time that you eat your main meal (like, after sunset and before sunrise, if it’s that kind of fast) and don’t do any more than is in the video. Modifications I’d you’re feeling fatigued, and taking a day off are also totally acceptable.
They might just be doing ramadan right now, maybe that’s what they meant with fasting?

Good luck and be careful with your body. Don’t be afraid to take more frequent rest days or modify.

Yes there is. It’s under the beginner program on her website
In a beginner too but I’ve watched her beginners intro video to teach proper form and such. She does have a beginner video and calendar also if you want to check that out.
There are beginner programs. This one is also likely for all levels. I have like 0 core strength now because I have been running so I am coming in as sorta a beginner.

No need to worry, I live in New Zealand which is a day earlier than everyone else in the world and have been following her calendar workouts for 2 years now. She always posts a day earlier for us earlybirds! 🙂
Hopefully she will post them beforehand. I’m from Europe and she usually posts her Monday workouts on Sunday evening (Central Europe time), so hopefully she will continue posting this way.
