The Best Workout for Pisces!

Happy Pisces season!

I’m so excited to share with you the perfect workout routine for my Pisces POPsters! You are so selfless and always willing to help others others, so this workout is designed to bring you some well deserved “you time.” I created a Hip Hop Yoga Flow that will allow you to get in tune with your emotions and have a cathartic sweat session.

Your sweat horoscope:

You’re easygoing and don’t usually love a super strenuous activity because it sometimes leaves you strained instead of refreshed – but that doesn’t mean you don’t like a solid workout. Because you’re a fluid water sign who loves to shape-shift, your best exercise will be part dancey and part flexy. Your best workout will be Hip Hop Yoga! Put on your fave song and move to the music with this invigorating yoga flow!

This is a base flow that you can totally make your own. Go through it once at your own pace and see what feels good. If you like something, hold it longer! If you don’t like something, switch it out or something else! This workout is yours. Don’t forget to do both sides.

First begin in down dog, then flow into a plank…

From that plank position, come up into an upward dog…

Then give me a slow and controlled pushup with elbows by your sides…

And then come back into down dog for a nice stretch…

Hold there and then raise your left leg up – point your toes!

Then bring the left leg forward and prepare to come into a crescent lunge…

Then hold your hands up, stay in a low lunge, then drop your right knee a few times…

Then slowly balance yourself on your left leg, extend out into warrior 3 and curl it in…

Finally end in a chair! When you’re ready, begin again on the other side!

You can get this plus all my other pins on Pinterest! Hope you enjoyed the workout. Let me know in the comments below what your sign is!

  8. It sounds like Pisces would love some sort of yoga/dance workout or maybe low intensity steady state cardio–like running!

I’m a taurus. 🙂 Can’t wait for April 28th to come up because that’s my birthday and I can’t wait to see your catered workout to us BULLs out there.

Help guys TT. How would I know if I’m over-exerting my self? I’ve been working out every day 30 minutes except for my rest day for the part 4 years and so far it’s been fine I’ve lost alot of weight(YaY!) but recently I felt like maybe it wasn’t enough because I stopped losing weight in my tummy. So in the past 6 or so months I went from 30 – 60 minutes sometimes even 100-120 minutes of workout Every day except for my one rest day. I was trying to burn at least 500 calories per day.(I try to consume less than 1500 a day) It started out fine but I think it might be taking a toll on me. Me who is always energetic and full of life has zero energy these days. most days its a struggle to workout and I feel miserable when I do it. Sometimes I get really nasty headaches and my muscles would be sore forever. Worst part is at night I don’t even sleep very well. Should I just stop exercising for a while?? Maybe take a week off and see if that changes anything? Please any advice?

    1. Angel says:

You should keep eating well and not be concerned about your calories just eat clean and workout how you usually do and try to sleep better and you’ll feel better in no time

    2. Silvia says:

Well I would suggest you take it slow. Not stopping, but change it up a lil. Instead of working out hard. Do a quick dance routine and later go for a walk. That you can’t sleep could mean you work out too much too late in the day. I don’t know when you work out, but that could be one reason. Or you have a lot on your mind. Maybe maditating before you go to sleepn could help. And go back to working out 30 – 60 minutes and take time for yourself by enjoying things you love. I am sure you’re eating healthy, but don’t overdo it. Treat yourself with kindness. And put that scale away. The only it does is stressing one out. At least me, that’s why I don’t have one anymore. Hope it helps a lil.

    3. I reccomend taking 1 week off to DELOAD on exercise to rejuvenate your energy and reset your hormones again so that you can keep on the fitness wagon in the long run–I wrote about my experience with reverse exercise on my blog! Trust me–it was scary at first but definitely beneficial in the long run.
