Last month, we did a lil’ poll over on the @blogilatesdotcom IG asking what you’d love to see for upcoming challenges. An arms-focused challenge was the most requested, by a landslide!

Get ready for the 100 Arms Challenge!
If you’ve done one of my ‘100 Challenges’ before, you know how this works. 100 reps of a new move, every day. And we’re going for the entire month of June!
Yeah…those arms are gonna feel it but TRUST ME and stick with it! They will feel soo strong by the end of the month! You’ll be ready to haul your overpacked suitcase around on your next vacay, carry all of your groceries inside in one trip, and show off your muscles in your favorite tank.

Follow the 100 Arms Challenge in the app!
You can follow this challenge in the BODY By Blogilates app too, which is totally free btw! After you download the app, go to Workouts at the bottom of the screen, and then Challenges at the top! That’s where you’ll find the 100 Abs Challenge.
After you start the challenge, the app guides you through every move and tracks your progress. And marking each day complete is SO SATISFYING.

So, I’m a year late – but better late, than never? I just have a question – so are we to do all of the exercises but choose one of them to do 100x/day? Or just do exercise #1, 100 times and then day two, do exercise #2, etc.??

This might be a silly question, but when you do this challenge, are you supposed to do all 30 moves every day, or one move a day?

Same question! The other challenges are not that way but the heading reads that way.

I think each number corresponds to the day in June. So, like, the very first one would be June 1. You would do 100 golf ball reps, and then June 2 you would do 100 weightless bicep curls. That’s the way I understand it. I could NOT do all 30 moves in a day – that’d be 3000 reps!

I printed out the arm challenge. Thank you. But, I am wondering, will you be publiching a video program on youtube as you did with the ab challenge and the glute challenge? That would be so helpful. I have the other two programs saved in my library. I have gone through both multiple times. It’s very effective. Adding an arm workout to each days abs +glutes would make it an even better workout. Please consider it. I’m 68 years old and pilates plus gardening is keeping me fit and in perfect health. Most people underestimate my age by 15 years or more. I’m sold on your workouts!
