NEW CALENDARRRRR! And not it’s not just any calendar, it’s a #21DayTone calendar!
#21DayTone is a 21-day challenge and the idea is pretty simple – be active for at least 21 minutes a day for 21 days. You can read all about the challenge here and it starts on January 4th!
