September has arrived.
And so has pumpkin spice EVERYTHING. At first I was like, nooo ugh it’s too soon! Nothing against pumpkin – I just didn’t feel *ready* for it to suddenly become fall overnight.
But then I remembered how refreshing it is to transition into a new season. It forces me to slow down, regroup with my goals, and think about what’s coming next. And now I feel kind of excited! I still need the transition to be sloooooow though. I’m having too much fun this summer!

Here’s an overview of each day of the September Workout Calendar. We’re zoning in on a different muscle group every day 🙂
SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

Oh! By the way…… LOVE the push up hack! Have tried to get better at tricep push ups for quite some time, and I think this will really help! Thanks sooooo much, Cassey!
I can not find new video for the 27th either. Yes a little annoying. Calendar shows 3 new workouts for this month, and NO they do not come up on the play list. One has to search under videos to find by looking at the dates. Latest is from 6 days ago and is the “Easy pushup hack”. there is no other new video after that one for the 27th, which would be 3 days ago. Play list only shows 3 videos which are all older. There is one from 2015 and two from 2014. Yes, please help! Please put new videos directly on the playlist or bring back calendar that has a direct link to the videos. I have had this issue for months.
Hi Blogilates-Team! I have a question concerning the newly released videos. Are they part of the workout if their icon is on the slot of that day? Or are they just announcing a new workout?

Why did you stop making calendars with videos than can be accessed by just a tap on the excersise written on the calendar 🙁 used to motivate me so much because it was so much less of a hassle to go through the videos of the day
There is a daily playlist of all the workouts to follow, it’s even easier to just press play on the playlist 🙂 https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists
I don’t see playlists for every day of the calendar for those of us who started late or want to repeat this calendar in the future.
The playlists are updated in real-time, so if you are following it right now, you can see the daily playlists.
I just mean that if you still did the linked pdf, we could do the calendar any time. I’m not sure why you decided to change, maybe it was to encourage people to only do the current calendar, so it’s obviously up to you. I’m just commenting so you know that some of us appreciated and preferred the linked pdf.
Hi Casey, could you do a calendar like the 21 day challenge, made my músculos pop and got amazing transformation from it. I love working out with weights and bands.
I currently just started the beginner’s calendar for the second month in a row. I’m trying to get my muscles stronger before moving onto the regular monthly calendars. I’m beyond excited!! Any tips and tricks are more than welcome! I’m just starting over after being a couch potato for 3 years!

Ahhhh I am so excited for the September calendar. I’m engaged and my wedding is set for February 2022. I’m using September as my start for training and getting my body into good shape. So excited for fall and for the wedding and even for Christmas! Thank you for this new calendar!!
