Can you believe it’s already time to start planning for 2022?!

Honestly, sometimes it feels like we just made it to 2021! But then I look back and remember all of the exciting things that have happened so far in 2021. Seeing my designs in Target, my sister’s wedding, and FINALLY getting to go on my honeymoon. It’s been a great year! I’m ready to get to the drawing board for another year of big things.

YES it’s that time again!

This is one of my favorite days of the year. There’s just really nothing more satisfying than a fresh, blank planner waiting for you to fill it with goals, inspiration, and excitement for the year to come.

      I’m from South Africa too and this is my personal experience. I used a go between service like on my second time and received it much faster too.

    Hi for the next one could you incorporate some type of book marker.. i use the elastic band to hold it closed because i store alot of paperwork in my planner 😊 also maybe a little pen holder. (Just suggestions)

    Is the weekly spread only for workouts, then? Personally, I preferred the 2021 weekly spread that had room for workouts and my weekly appointments (of which I have a lot to keep track of, especially since I don’t have a typical 9-5 job).

    Dear Cassey,
    What should I eat to build muscle? It feels like every fitness/health recommendation is to help people slim down, but what if i want to bulk up? I don’t know how to do this in a way to actually gain muscle and not excess fat. Is what I’m eating as important as how much to that extent? For reference I am female/5’8/115 lbs. You look so strong and fit and I wanted to ask for some advice.
