This Fruity Yogurt Protein Parfait is made with layers of creamy yogurt, whole fruits, and the amazingly textured Snickerdoodle Sculpt+Debloat Protein Bar (now at Target-YAY!).
I love these bars so much because they remind me of crunchy Rice Krispies Treats! They hold up extremely well in these protein parfaits, adding layers of flavor and that crunch that really helps us feel satisfied.
I absolutely love parfaits because you can customize them any way you like (and they never disappoint). Depending on my mood, I’ll swap in one fruit for another, or change up the type/flavor of yogurt I use. I’ll also add a little scoop of protein powder if I want an extra boost.
Protein bar goodness
ICYMI, Sculpt + Debloat Protein Bars just launched at Target!!! I worked on the formulations for a really long time to get the flavors and textures just right. Sooo worth it.
I didn’t really think too much about using them in recipes until I started crumbling them and adding them to recipes here and there. (Like, who knew how good this would be crumbled on top of pancakes?!).
The bar alone is fantastic…but when you pair it with something creamy, like yogurt, it’s a perfect marriage!
Depending on the type of yogurt you use, you can start your day with a ton of protein with this recipe! The bar amps up any non-dairy coconut yogurt from basically zero protein to 12g. If you choose Greek yogurt, you’ll get nearly 30 grams of protein in this parfait!
Just like the Sculpt + Debloat Protein Powders, I made sure the protein bars had some gut-healthy fiber! The bars have 4 grams (and won’t leave you bloated!).
Make these as pretty as you like by carefully layering everything. Or, when no one is looking, just toss everything in a bowl and give it a stir! The taste stays the same. No- it won’t be as IG-worthy, but you’ll love every single bite just the same.

- Stir together the yogurt, sweetener, cinnamon and protein powder (if using).
- Layer into a parfait glass alternating between yogurt, fruit and the crumbled bar.
