#100AbChallenge Ultimate Progress Tracker!

Hi guys!

The #100AbChallenge is the biggest challenge we’ve EVER done! 100 reps of an ab exercise every single day, for 30 days! Thousands of POPsters jumped in and you guys totally killed it. Whether it was all 100 reps in one go, or 10 sets of 10 reps – it didn’t matter. YOU DID IT. Huge congrats. I made a playlist of all the videos HERE.

Here are some pics of your results! GOOD JOB!!!

Clockwise from top left: @popster_kate, @manderrs_, @tancaliel, @inhalepaleo_exhalepilates, @blissful.fitness, @popster.kitty

Remember that physical achievements are only part of the equation! I saw a teeny bit of new definition in my abs, but for me, that wasn’t the point of the challenge. I know my mid section is a zone that likes to stay soft no matter what I do 🙂 For me, my strength gains have been sooooooo significant. After completing the challenge, I feel a lot more confident, soooooo proud of my body that I have, and so impressed with the incredible things it can do!

I see a bunch of you guys are doing the #100abchallenge again, so I wanted to do something to make it EASIER for you to track your progress. I’m gonna make doing 100 reps a day like a little game. I’ve created a super cool interactive doc that will allow you to see all the videos and track your progress. PLUS it is a great hub to invite all your friends to for a lil challenge – to keep each other accountable!

I used a tool called Coda.io! It’s kinda like an app, but on desktop? And free? Yeah, it’s pretty amazing. Play around with this one to get a feel for it! But if you want a copy of the doc to start filling in, just sign up with your email and boom, that’s it! Sam and I are actually starting to use Coda in place of Excel because it’s so much more visually appealing, and honestly, you can do so much and it looks so professional!

Give it a try HERE! I’m thinking of making a Coda for the monthly calendar. What do you think? Is the current calendar ok or kinda clunky? It is ok to be honest!

A friend mentioned this to me so I took the challenge. However (since I am in my sixties) I have only started with 50 reps and will ad 10 reps per thirty days until I reach the 100 abs per day.

This is a cool challenge and I’m actually thinking about doing this myself. I’m interested in seeing what type of progress I could make while doing this challenge. I’m sure eating healthy would also have to be a role in achieving progress but I wan to see what it can do for me.

Heyy Cassey. I love your workouts. I really hope you get back the downloadable pdf workout calendar for April. Using a seperate app isn’t as convenient. Love.

  49. angiehill says:

Ok, that’s it for me… I’ve tried for 20 minutes to find the March calendar. It’s not downloadable, it’s not clickable and if I actually want to use a calendar, I have to get another app – CODA !!! This used to be the easiest site to use – Just login and click the workout. Not anymore. You’ve lost a fan and a user

Hi, the Coda doc looks nice but it says I am in view only mode and cannot check the workouts I’ve done. Am I doing something wrong?

  52. kstjshin says:

Okay, so my last comment needs editing. I found the doc by going through here on my phone. But because it’s listed for January and January’s already past, I can’t use it for tracking. 🙁 So disappointing. But I’m currently navigating my way around to see how to do this with March’s workout calendar and maybe make a doc of my own for this Ab Challenge so I can track it with the app. Otherwise, I have the printable so I can always track it the old-fashioned way. 😉 hehe I LOVED the first day by the way! It was so much easier than I thought it would be! 😀 Makes me confident and psyched for tomorrow’s move. <3

  53. kstjshin says:

I’m psyched to have monthly workouts etc available on this, but I can’t figure out how to use it! 🙁 I’ve put it on my phone, but I can’t find this ab challenge when I “search docs.” What should I be putting in for the search? I’ve tried #100AbChallenge and Blogilates but neither showed anything.

  54. Kiersten Deuel says:

I love this for the challenges. I wish all of them were in this program. It’s nice to have it on my phone rather then trying to find an app to put it on. I think having all the challenges and maybe the beginners on it would be awesome.

  55. larsens1018 says:

When is your birthday?? Mine is in January too!!!

  56. ejlord says:

I think that it would be awesome to have all my workouts in one document like coda.io . I just did day 1 of the 100 ab challenge and I really want to add the February workout calendar to the document.

  57. Linda Ge says:

My abs hurt to laugh now–that’s how you know you got in a good one! <3 Thank you cassey.

Which exercise made you the most sore?!

  58. denisefn says:

The current workout calendar has some bugs… Sometimes all of my checks just disappear and then reappears when they want 😮

  59. Hannah P. says:

I love the doing the 100 Ab Challenge using the Coda app. I just finished day 11. It’s so easy to use the app. I’d love to see the monthly calendar on Coda. Thanks.

  60. Nolan says:

I have heard marvelous things about blogilates from friends. I look forward to trying the #100abchallenge. Thank you for your positive contributions to fitness!

  61. Erica Alcaraz says:

Really like that the current calendar csn be used on my android. Not sure the new one will be but it looks very impressive. I would try it with my laptop but dont think it will jive w my phone like the old one.

  62. Lauren Lalonde says:

I prefer the current calendar. I have so much trouble with technology that it’s easier for me to receive the email/check the blog and print the calendar than learn a new program/website 🙂

  63. Lise van Naerssen says:

I LOOOOVVEEEE this! Thank you Cassey for creating this doc! Everytime when I’m at work I always think about what work out I’m going to do that day. This makes it sooooooo much easier to track! I don’t need little note books, different apps etc. anymore. I absolutely adore it! Thank you so much. You truly are a genius!!

  64. Tamara says:

I love this new app! I mean I just started looking into it and it’s so much organized. Sometimes the OG Blogilates calendar crashes and I lose all my progress. I mean…if it’s not a big effort for you try it out of a month and see how people react! You can always go back to your roots 😂❤️

  65. JuliaLF says:

The tracker doesn’t load for me, so I say stick to your current calendar! I haven’t had any issues with the normal one 🙂 thanks for all of the resources!

    1. Brea says:

Hey, the tracker doesn’t load for me either. Thank you though 🙂

    2. maddi_rea says:

      I agree!!!

      1. Evan says:

Evan from Coda here – I worked with Cassey developing this app. So sorry you’re having issues loading it! Shoot me a note at help@coda.io — I’m happy to get you unblocked so you can get into the product!

  66. maddi_rea says:

Yes use Coda! But would you also have the printables? I know the ones are available for 2019 but in the future? Thank you so much for spending time working on these!!!

  67. Kimberly says:

How do I sign up so that I can start the workout schedule in my downloaded Coda ap? Start Here tab, the Get Started button is greyed out.

    1. kstjshin says:

I’m just starting using it and I had to do the Copy Doc option to Get Started and start tracking my workouts. I don’t know if there’s another way to do it, but it worked at least. Except I did it through the desktop and it transferred to my phone…I haven’t yet tried to make a copy on the app…

  68. Kimberly says:

Thanks for the motivation and inspiration to start this challenge!!
