    Looove it :) so creative cassie, btw for the meal plan week 2, do we really eat uncooked quinoa…I don’t think the kind i got is eatable while uncooked. :/

    Thanks for this wonderful post.

    I am not a big fan of exercising, I must say. But I have come to realize that I will never achieve the healthy body I want without that and a proper diet. So I must say, as an avid exerciser-loather, this post was marvelous!

    I LOVE the Hunger Games and putting the workout in the context of the games makes it more interesting… and more likely that I’ll do it.

    I’ll be following your blog. Keep up the good work!

    I am from India and I am currently following your December workout calendar. The victor’s workout routine will be out only at 11:30 p.m here which is very late and that means I wont be able to do it today :( The next time you premiere a video could you make sure you put up the video a day earlier so that the people on this side of the globe can do it too :). Thanks

      This one is to do Thursday (not sure if you realized that) and she has the printable out on her homepage now. So you can just do it from the printable!

You’re not only a massive inspiration, you’re a motivator, almost like a best friend even, and make me (and others) determined to lead a healthy lifestyle. You’re also HILARIOUS and have got such a great sense of humour! which makes it that much better. It’s been a year since I discovered you and although I slacked a lot cuz of being busy, you 12 week plan is gonna help me and many others sooo much!!!!!
