Hey guys!!

So I TOTALLY just invented a new POP Pilates move! I call it “The Pushing Grasshopper.” What do you think it targets?

It’s a combo of a half cobra pushup and the grasshopper! So…chest, triceps, back, and booty! It’s a QUADRUPLE threat. You’re very very welcome :)

This is an intense song challenge. It lasts only 3 min and 18 sec, so I added a timer for you to keep you going. Can you let me know if you like it or not? Does it distract you? Or does it keep you going?

Wow! So many pretty colors! Guess what guys? If you’ve been following my Snapchat…you now know…that we are building out Blogilates Headquarters!!!! OMG I can’t believe that this day is actually happening! I dreamt about running my own company when I was a little girl…and now…it’s becoming a reality? Wow. Work hard, live passionately, and be humble guys. Amazing things will happen.

Oh yeah…and what’s Blogilates HQ without pink paint? MUAHAHAHAHA. I feel sorry for any boys that will work there. Just kidding. No I am not sorry. They will embrace it :P

This past weekend was Mother’s Day. Did you have a chance to spend some time with your mom? I hope you did! I unfortunately could not as I was working on the office playing interior designer and contractor project manager. I am really really enjoying this whole furniture shopping thing though. I love seeing how everything comes together aesthetically. It’s soooo fun!

    being back from my trip through north-greek. Was a wonderful journey and exhausting as well. :)
    when I left I was happily thinking about coming back and doing the may calender. well… turns out working out won’t be something I can do now because I got a lymphangitis :-( some stupid insect or spider bit me and my hand was swollen like a balloon. I was so scared and glad that the hotel manager himself brought me to the hospital. it’s a lot better now but still a bit swollen and it hurts. alas, the red lines on my arm vanished.
    as one of my fellow-students said in the end “our main enemies on this journey were heat, thrist, hunger and for some flying insects and monsters in the sea!” because noone really got away without any injuries. Yet we were such a nice group and took care of each other, we were able to laugh about it and though my arm is still healing, I can laugh about the things I paniced and cried few days ago :-)

    Weee – cannot believe you’re coming to London. SO EXCITED. There are loads of big convention centres in central London – the Methodist Hall and the Queen Elizabeth II centres are both in Westminster (right across the road from Big Ben). Hyde Park also accommodates stages and speakers (there’s often concerts there in the summer). Or you can go to the amazing Southbank centre on the river – they have all kinds of spaces as they are a multi-use art venue :)

      I’m in love with her exercises, and since i started practicing one month ago i can see my body getting slimmer, fitter, and all the fat disappearing !

    I`m so happy for you Cassey! You work hard and you get amazing results – just like you always tell us.
    About the timer – I absolutely love it. It makes me feel like I´m in control (totally false feeling haha), or at least I know how much I have left. This makes me go harder until the end! But again, I´m the type of person who knows how many reps come in each of your videos after you say “almost there”.

    The associated charges appear to be reasonable to hire the sports hall, it can accommodate a large number of individuals, and is still located in central London. There are also other spaces at the venue for hire i.e. the auditorium, etc. I have no personal experience of the venue, but it looks and sounds ok.

    I love the timer, sometimes I think I won’t make it & then I see I only have a few seconds left and keep going! I also love it when you tell us what moves we are doing in the whole workout in advance and I can prepare myself for the ones I’m not so good at yet!

      Thank you :) so much for all your inspirational videos!
      I have been watching blogilates for almost a year now.
      But just within the last few months have I been really serious about making changes.
      Within three months, I have lost ten pounds by trying to eat clean and I do about 3 blogilates videos/4days a week. And I also have recruited about 3-4 friends and we do your videos together, every week. Thank you :) so much for all the hard core videos, with a great mix of cardio and strength training.

      I wanted to ask if you could do some cool-down videos. After I work out, I try to do stretches and cool down since I’m sore (a good sore:) from doing your videos. It would be wonderful to see how you cool down and stretch after working out hard!

      Also, I wanted to tell you the timer and the little clocks (like the one min. Timer) you’ve been adding to your videos are super helpful!! It definitely helps motivate me. But I wanted to suggest that the timer count down instead of up. That way we can tell ourselves okay only 30sec. More or okay only 10 seconds left, to help us push through it more.

      Another thing, is I love how you work out the same muscle at a time, and you really try to help us feel the burn in a specific area. Could you try to incorporate maybe on the side with an Icon or maybe just mention what our goal is for how many reps were doing? I feel like when I’m following you and doing one of your hard core moves, it feels great doing the reps but after a while I really want to stop because it hurts haha, but I do try to keep pushing myself since you’re still going (which you’re a great help!) but if I knew what our goal was in terms of how many reps I feel like I could push myself more, since I’ll be mentally prepared!

    I would love to know more about HQ! Is this just where you’ll be recording and developing or will you have Pilates classes, like a studio? Or…..both? ;)
    Love blogilates though. I’m currently a Crossfit coach in LA, I do blogilates almost every single day along with other training that I do. Hopefully I can get my group cert done before pop Pilates cert in August, I would love to teach pop Pilates. :-)

    Also love love love my new water bottle! I stay super busy every day with modeling jobs, coaching and school so it’s important for me to get my water intake, I know how important it is. Thanks for everything!!

    I’m new to PopPilates but I just wanted to say that you’ve really motivated me to “get off the couch” (figuratively and literally). I’ve been through many work out regiments but none have really stuck with me, so just wanted to say thanks .

    Anyway, in regards to the timer, I think it’ll help some to keep moving if they know they only have 1 minute left for example. I like either way. I haven’t tried the new workout yet but it looks intense!
    Congrats on the first headquarters for blogilates! That’s awesome. It is very very pink lol. Pink for Pilates. I wish you hiring for other positions!

    May I suggest Fort Lauderdale/Miami to do a class?? Yes-maybe? Lol
