Hey guys!

WE’VE MADE IT TO THE UNOFFICIAL START OF THE HOLIDAYS! I know that sounds crazy, but every time November hits, I just see Thanksgiving, Black Friday, the holidays, and NYE flash right before me. I like to hold on to these special moments because it reminds me to slow down just a bit and spend time with family.

If you are thinking ahead to the new year already, well it’s kinda good timing. I juuuuuust released our annual 2021 Fit Planners! These sell out super fast so make sure you grab yours now. The sooner you get them, the sooner you can start goal planning and vision boarding 2021, so really, it’s never too early!

Anyway, I’m getting ahead of myself. We still have 2 more months to crush!

How to Use the November Workout Calendar

Check the Blogilates Youtube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can download the BODY by Blogilates app, where you can snag the monthly calendar and all of the videos in one place :)

Here’s an overview of each day of the October Workout Calendar. You know how this works! Each day = different muscle group!

SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Butt
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise. And YES there’s 3 new videos this month! Woohoo!!

REMEMBER! You can also download the BODY By Blogilates app (on Apple or Android devices) to have the calendar and workout videos in one place…to make life a little easier :)

    Hi Cassey, I really love your calendar, but doing 7 workout a week is very difficult for me with my schedule. Do you have any tips on how to make it into a 5 workouts a week calendar, but still work on all the muscle groups? Thanks!!

      When you click on the “Calendar” tab on the bottom, it will take you there. That one requires the premium plan to track and watch progress but it’s totally worth it!! There’s a 7 day free trial to check it out!

      Hey Susan! Once it expands, you can right click the image and “Save Image As” and that should work!

    I just subscribed to your blogilates site. I want to start your workouts. I think working one muscle group a day is ideal for the body. You work the whole body for 7 days. One question, today I saw a preview of tomorrow workout day in your YouTube playlist for tomorrow and I was wondering for the cardio section if I need to do low impact how can I modify these exercises. Please I would love your feedback. I can’t be jumping too much bc of my knee problems. My cardio has to be low impact! Just wondering!

      Hiii! To make most cardio moves low impact, take out the hopping/jumping and opt for stepping it out or back instead. I cover all these options in my videos!

    Hi Cassey! Thank you for your many great work outs! Made getting through these crazy times while stuck at home much easier. I created an account to log in and access the site. This was before the app was launched. I then began getting emails including the calendar for each month. When I logged in to blogilates I was able to download the monthly calendar, and even past calendars, and once I downloaded the Jpeg it had a direct link to each exercise video, such that I could play them on my computer. However, I did not get an email for the November calendar and now even when I log in to blagilates.com, the Jpeg will no longer download on my computer and calendar no longer has a direct link to the youtube videos. When I go to the youtube link you sent, I can see/use the playlists but I do not see a calendar available to download for a direct link to videos. Also, new videos do not indicate which day/workout they go with on the calendar. It’s a bit confusing. Any suggestions in regards to getting the calendar Jpeg with direct link to the videos to download again onto a computer like it used to? The “download Jpeg here” under the calendar on the website doesn’t seem to be working. Thanks for any help/suggestions you can give.

      There should be a chromecast icon to cast it! It’s being a little buggy right now but it’ll be fixed by next week!!

    Hi, I couldn’t find today’s (10 November) 30 minute extreme butt shaping workout here on Blogilates website. I did find it on the YouTube channel (although my butt wishes I hadn’t – dyyyyying now!)

    I registered on website months ago. No longer getting calendar in my emails as of this month. Why can’t I download calendar jpeg any more from blogilates.com ? I can see calendar, but will not play “New videos” and therefore don’t know what they are. I wanted to do workout from November 2nd. the playlist on youtube is only from today on and does not go back to November 1st. ???

      Can you clarify what you mean? Where did you register on the website and what for? You should be able to download the JPEG and access all new videos here: https://www.youtube.com/user/blogilates/playlists

    Hey Cassey! I’m here to thank you so much for these free calendars!! My knee was injuried in April, and my doctor recomend me to do exercises to build muscle mass in the legs. Today I finished the begginer’s calendar so much stronger and happy! I will continue exercising using your month’s calendar. Again, thank you so much!! Every exercise is amazing, they are not repetitive and I enjoy doing different videos!! Have a good day Cassey :)

    Hiya y’all! Hopefully Cassey or someone else on here whose been doing this for a while can answer for me. This feels like a dumb question, but ya know, life is too short to keep questions bottled up inside my mind in fear it’s a dumb question. So rather than just wondering this forever and never have it answered, I figured the simplest way to the answer to help me make sure I am doing this right, is to just asking the dang question :P

    Anyways, I’m a bit newer to using the calendars and have a question about videos in a playlist/when is it necessary to repeat a workout in a video when Cassey mentions it. I’ll use November 4ths workout as the example for my question to make this easier. For the November 4th workout, the first workout video of the playlist is “Knee-Friendly Fat Burn Cardio Workout | PITT28”. In the video, Cassey says to repeat 4 times to do the full 28min workout. But if I am following this calendar, do I just do the video once? Or do I do it twice to even out the sides I worked on? I ask because some of the exercises in the video only work one side (left or right), so Cassey reminds to do the other side when repeating the video. When I started these calendar workout and was doing days that have similar types of videos in the playlist, I’d been repeating videos like this one to get the full 28 minutes, and also did the additional videos. Doing the full 28min and the other videos seems to be super long, like wayyy longer than the 45ish minutes that Cassey notes above. I’m happy to do a workout for 30-45minutes depending on my day, but pushing it past the 45min-1hr workout length is a bit longer than I can fit into my schedule.

    So basically just trying to get clarification on what to repeat and what to not, or repeating to even out sides or not, or any other guidance or clarification anyone can give me. Thanks for reading my novel of a comment! And thank you to everyone and especially a big thanks for Cassey for these workouts and all that you do!

      If you are following this month calendar ( you are ) you only the the work outs in the calendar . If in the video she says to do the same video 3 times disregard that. Just stick to the calendar so you will do each video once. Hope it’s helped

      Personally I would even out the sides and do the video two times, then move on to the other videos! At the end of the day, just listen to your body!

    I don’t understand why on the calendar it says ‘New Video’ as the first workout for today (Monday 2 Nov) but if you use the YouTube playlist link, it is an old 10 min cardio warmup as the first video. Which one is the correct information for today? I am kind of a stickler for following instructions and ticking things off my list so I’d love to know!       Hi, I always wonder the same thing because the new video is always last. I think you should do the playlist as it is because a warm up is important and the new video is not a warm up.

    My app doesn t show the calendar anylonger! I used to pay fornit but i vevreinstalled the app on my new phone and the calendar workouts have diasppeared! Therenis no option to upgrade, how do i update my app/check sibscription?

      Hi! I usually do the workouts and go running or hiking once a week. Normally it’s ok- like I go running in the morning and do the workout in the afternoon. There might be some days when the workouts are kinda hard and I can’t do them all, but in gerenal for me it works and since I started combining workouts + running I can really see a difference.

    Hi Cassey, I just downloaded the Body app and signed up for the access to the workout calendar. But I noticed that the workouts for 1st of November are different than the ones on the printable calendar. It’s a bummer cause I was hopping to do some abs today just like the printable calendar says but also want to track my workouts on the app :(

      Hi Beth, my assumption is that she wants to deter people from just using the clickable calendars, which would then encourage more people to download the app, where you can pay a subscription to have all of the videos together in the app. :( luckily we have some awesome people who continue to link the updated ones here in the comments!!!

    I’m looking forward to my husband and son returning this month. Due to Covid restrictions they have been stuck in the UK and not get him to us in Australia. Myself and our 4 youngest kids were lucky to get back in June but sadly have not seen my husband on son since and even missed his 18th. But thanks to you Casey I’ve been able to focus on the daily workouts from the calendar and after 5 months not missing a day finally see some results on my tummy 😁 It’s sooooooo hard after 5 children to have a decent looking tummy but thanks to Blogilates there is hope ❤️
