Happy Dark Bloom launch day! Lexi and I just finished doing a live stream a couple hours ago and I am STILL ON A HIGH!!! It was so much fun talking to you guys and sharing the stories behind the new POPFLEX pieces. We worked sooooo incredibly hard on this and seeing your excitement makes all of those sleepless nights, sample disasters and bad fitting sessions all worth it. Here’s the live stream in case you missed it!
Any for anyone curious, I wear a size 4 in all of POPFLEX Active. I am 5′ 5″ and wear a small in most true-to-size brands (as in not vanity sized brands, because I can fit into xxs or xs depending on brand) and a 4 and or 6 in Lululemon.

I’m wearing the Queen’s Coat in Night.
We bought the bike just for the shoot. I thought the color was going to be more butter but it came out banana. I freaked out a little bit, but then, turns out it looks great on camera!
I’m wearing the Zenith Zip Bra and the Fly Away Run Short in Dark Bloom! Also try layering your run shorts with the POP Shorts if you want more inner thigh coverage and 2 extra pockets!
Hand stands. Practiced for MONTHS. I am not great at them. And when the day came and I had to do it onto a tree overlooking a cliff, my nerves crept in. I fell multiple times, my muscles gave out, and I almost started crying. But I picked myself back up, tightened my core, and BELIEVED. That’s when we got the shot.

This tree pose was surprisingly soooooo hard to do with my eyes closed! Open, no prob. Closed, another story!!! I nearly tipped over several times! We thought getting me in tree pose in front of a tree would be a nice thing to try. I love how powerful the photo is. It looks calm and still. But really, I was wavering!
I am wearing the Curious Crop Top in Dark Bloom and the Highness Leggings.
My friend Laura who is firstly an awesome person and secondly a super talented professional ballerina, helped me prepare for this shoot. Working with her helped increase my flexibility while bringing out the dancer inside.
I am wearing the Enchanted Shrug in Night, the Pull on my Heart Strings Bra in Night, and the Wishing Star Capri in Plum.

Cassey, I have never done pilates before and am very out of shape. I just came across your pop pilates for beginners video which looks amazing. How long would you recommend I stay with that first video? thanks!
Have you tried her Blogilates Beginner 2.0 Calendar? It gives you different videos that you should do every day (minus rest days). It helps you progress without you wondering if you’re staying too long doing one thing or not staying long enough. It really helps! If you don’t like that idea, then I’d recommend you do the video a couple times a week until you feel the moves getting easier. It’s always best to change things up on a regular basis though to keep your muscles guessing so the calendar would help you progress faster/better. Hope that helps!

Cassey, even if I’m in my 2nd trimester, I still work out and do pop pilates! I feel strong, great and gives me that boost of energy during pregnancy. I think it would be so awesome if you can design some maternity clothes too.

Cassey and the Blogifam, I just wanna say congratulations on this amazing accomplishment. This is the most beautiful collection yet and I can’t wait for that teaser top in the next one. If I was super rich I would buy almost every peice… But I’m not. It’s like feeling unrequited love.
Hey!! I love Blogilates and Pop Pilates and of course your awesome Popflex Clothing! I’m slowly building up my workout clothes from your designs:) I don’t unfortunately have very supportive friends or family when it comes to working out and eating healthy. Its so hard to try and change when I literally have no encouragement. But I am so glad that you are so supportive Cassey! You somehow keep me going through all of your videos and continue to encourage me all the time:)

I am absolutely IMPRESSED with Part 2 of Dark Bloom! I wasnt going to purchase anything until later on this week because I’m saving up to buy a few more items, but once I saw Cassey in the Victorious top on the live stream I had to have it. I decided to treat myself for my birthday and finally invest in some good workout gear. I can’t wait wear them!

Cassey!! Your second half of Dark Bloom is amazing!!!! I totally splurged and can’t wait to try them on. I really think the Zenith Zip Bra came at a perfect time. I have a feeling as I progress during my pregnancy the zipper in the front is going to help a lot!

Oh my gosh this is my favorite collection by far!! Purple is my favorite color <3 have you thought about doing more tops with sleeves? Religious purposes need my shoulders to be covered. I love the white long sleeve but maybe a short sleeve? That and a men's line!! My boyfriend loves working out with me and I would looove to match popflex outfits!! Cassey you're so amazing I admire you so much <3 <3

I love all the new prints and styles! My problem is that I have really long legs but a thin waist, so most of the leggings aren’t long enough for me to wear :/ The draw the line leggings are a good length for me, and scrunch just a little bit at my ankles, which I like. I was hoping you guys could maybe make some longer leggings again or somehow have an option of buying regular or extra long length. Love all your designs and hard work though!
