Fat Burning Ladder Printable

 

Hey guys!

Well, I haven’t made one of these in a while! It’s the Fat Burning Ladder printable! I actually had some time to put real heart and soul into this masterpiece of a printable :) Made sure to make it pretty for you since this is one of my fave routines. It’s quick, intense, and super effective.

And if you’re the type who loves to watch videos, well here it is! Just follow along with me. I even added a timer on the screen for a touch of something new. Will you let me know in the comments if you liked the timer? Does it help you?

Here’s a breakdown of the workout:

In the first round, do each move for 45 sec each. Then in the second round, 30 sec each. Third round, 20 sec each. No breaks because this is short.

The moves are:

1. Froggy hop
2. Pushup plank
3. Inner thigh lunge
4. Criss cross abs

That’s pretty much it! Your heart will be pumping and you will love it!

    I LOVED THE TIMER! Especially when doing cardio workouts, having a timer and knowing exactly when the torture is going to finish really helps me to push myself till the end. I would love more workouts with the timer Cassey :)

I hope all the curd cheese I put on it too cool and heal helps XD I will take my time to heal though.

    OMG!CASSEY IT IS AWESOME. I am 15year old girl, though I’M not very fat I still wanna be fit and it’s really hard for me to set out some time for workouts. But this workout was really quick and I could really feel my muscles working out. I really love this fat burning ladder. will be definitely looking forward to more workouts like this.     I love, love. LOVE the ladder!!!! It is so easy….well in the fact that it doesn’t take a lot out of your day to do it. But very effective! I am so glad my friend told me about blogilates!!! I love it so much! It was hard for me to want to work out and get in shape. But Cassie you make it so easy! You give me the motivation, the fun attitude, and the will power to make little changes everyday to a healthier me!     The timer kept me motivated! I love HIIT workouts, too- so effective in a short time, and they are so good for you! Another thing I liked was getting the longest round out of the way first, then I knew I could do the rest. I love you, Cassey!

    This was so fantastic! I liked the HITT work outs you had, I guess it was last year? Where each move was listed and we went through three rounds of it. But I like this better with the timer, and also cause we do it along with you! I felt so accomplished and proud that I really moved myself.

    I like the timer in this ladder video. But please Cassey, do not use it for your other videos! I would be really demotivated if I was already dying during a move and the timer said I had one more minute to go. I’d probably stop then and take a break. It’s easier for me to push through if I’m not aware of the time and just listen to you and hope to hear you count down from 8 :D

    So excited that you posted a new printable Cassey, I love these so much, means I can print it out and do the workout hid away in my bedroom ( Wi-Fi doesn’t stretch that far) rather than doing it in the living room to the amusement of my cats and boyfriend!!! going to try this workout right now xxx

    I was breathing hard and sweating everywhere but it was fun and didn’t feel like a workout. I absolutely LOVED it!!!!!

  • Really happy you’re doing more cardio workouts! Your hardest real time cardio video is still food baby HIIT workout and I love it.
