Hey guys!

Do you ever dream about healthy pancakes that actually taste good? I used to ALL THE TIME.

And then I discovered protein pancakes. I experimented with TONS of recipes, because they were always too flat, or too eggy, or just not satisfying. Well, GUESS WHAT?!

I came up with a recipe that checks all of the boxes. These are fluffy, satisfying, and filling – with 30 grams of protein!!!

Sound too good to be true? Go try them NOW!

Annnd make your protein pancakes!

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients until well-combined. Save the other half of your banana!
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Dollop on your batter in 1/4 cup portions and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping (wait until little bubbles start to pop!)
  3. When they’re done, stack ’em up and throw some fresh banana slices and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey on top.

Hi Cassey! Before I start – you look phenomenal- don’t listen to those negative Nancys 😊. Do you have any tips for healthy breakfasts that don’t require cooking but are filling? I don’t have time to cook in the mornings and cereal is full of sugar. I worry about those fit girl, always hungry problems! Thanks! Love your work ❤️

You can try making overnight oats or chia pudding, there’re plenty of recipes online. Also you could make your own granola or buy paleo versions, they’re gluten free and most of them have very little sugar added

Is there a certain type of protein powder you should be using?

  • Suzanne Young says:

Thank you for this recipe! Made these pancakes this morning and used Trader Joe’s unsweetened pea protein powder. Very good! (I also used a little less baking powder because I don’t care for the taste of it). Thanks again!

  • Tough but Trying says:

Is there anything you can replace protein powder with?

    • Cherry says:

They’re not gonna be protein pancakes then lol?

      • Tough but Trying says:

Ik, but I think these are a good healthy alternative to reg. Pancakes. I just dont have protein powder

        • Grace4Soccer says:

I added some whole wheat flour because my batter was too thin. Maybe you could replace the protein powder with whole wheat flour/oats if you like those? I’ve found that cocoa powder can help give body to a baked good too.

  • Why am I not surprised at another pancakes recipe?! XD

These look like they’re 28 Day Reset friendly, too. I’m in! Currently going on my second week of the reset and I feel great.
