OMG I never could have predicted the way August would end!! ICYMI, I’m currently dead 💀 because POPFLEX appeared in Taylor Swift’s new ICDIWABH video FOUR times! I’ll never recover.

In all of my excitement, I almost forgot that September is here! Annnnd…

It's time for your September Workout Calendar!

Ahh!! Are you clinging to the warmth and sunshine of summer, or are you ready for chilly, spooky fall vibes?!

How to follow the September 2024 Workout Calendar

Check the Blogilates YouTube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will make following along with this month’s workouts easier! You can access not only the calendar but all of the videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs like the Glow Up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the September Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.

If you get the BODY By Blogilates app, your workout calendar and workouts will all be in one place! And it’s so fun and motivating to get that “Workout Complete” checkmark 😉

Speaking of the app!

    My friend gifted me the 2024 popflex fit planner and I am obsessed with it! When can I expect the 2025 version to be available?

    Hi! I was also wondering- I won’t buy it though, but I would love too- if you have something like a ‘ribbed tank top’ or a ‘american cut tank top,’ maybe even cropped, and if you don’t have them, maybe you could design it? But also it might not be your style- like the fabric PopFlex uses- but it would be great if you can make the american cut tank top with cotton or something?

    I love your company- it looks really cool- and it’s great how you’re posting free fitness videos and calendars! If it’s possible, I would be really grateful if you could make like a planner that includes whats in the video, like maybe on a PDF?

    you could do a weight training program! for some reason out of all the exercises i trained, yours makes me stick with it. But I wanna grow muscle and pilates isn’T good for that 🙁

    One day left of August calendar and I’m gonna finish 2 months of Blogilates calendar in a row <3. Ngl I'm really looking forward to working out every single day, and now I'm seeing the muscle definition more than ever before, I do the moves without modifications, I need less break and even keep up with Cassey's pace now, so cool. Thanks for posting these calendars consistently every month, you really make me fall in love with exercise <3
