OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will make following along with this month’s workouts easier! You can access not only the calendar but all of the videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs like the Glow Up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!
Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the February Workout Calendar. Let’s GO!
SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.

Whenever winter days really start to feel like they’re dragging on and on, I’ve noticed that adding some color to my wardrobe helps too! My current fave: Royal Orchid. I swear it’s curing my winter blues.

Hello cassey I just really wanna have your opinion or advice about something, your January2025 calendar helped me a lot to lose weight and I was finally starting to feel happy confident about my progress I was 79kg I lost like 3 to 4 kilos in 2 weeks
I didn’t push myself with eating healthy food I was eating normal not over doing it
The thing is last month which is December
I didn’t have my period
And now I’m starting to have hormones crying not about anything I’m crying over my body how big it is now, and everyday eating A LOT! Which made me feel like bro I can’t lose weight my tummy is really big right now and I feel less confident now
And everyday I feel tired can’t do anything
I skipped workout for 2weeks😭
( nothing happened yet it’s just before it comes)
The point is I really want someone’s help to what should I do in this time of the month
Should I do less or more workout??
What about the food🥹😭
How can I control craving in this time?🥹
How can I have the energy I used to have or at least a bit of energy😭😭😭😭

It sounds like your pregnant. When your energy returns start back working out, but don’t over do it. Slow down on the food. If you are pregnant, CONGRATULATIONS! Your hormones and body is changing along with your mood, good desires and energy level.
If you’re not pregnant get back on your routine. Start fresh each day.
