Weightless arms workout + NYC POP Pilates Class!

Hey guys!

Today’s new video is my new favorite. It’s a weightless arms workout that doesn’t require you to do any pushups or even use any dumbbells at all! But what you will feel is an insane burn. Like, just watching it, it is VERY DECEIVING. It’s literally 6 minutes of PURE madness!

I’ve been a HUGE FAN of Jiff for like a year now and when I saw him in real life I legit went bonkers. I probably said “omg” over 500 times. It. Was. UNREAL.

Oooh and got to hang out with iJustine, her sis Jenna, and Cambria from Breelovebeauty at the Quest Protein Powder Launch Party! Was so much fun!

And since you guys know I love fashion, I just wanted to quickly point out my fave new outfit 🙂 In love with crop tops (esp. long sleeved ones) and school girl skirts! If you guys watched my live chat last night in the Hot Body community, you would have seen that my skirt has mini shorts under! I love it so much! So that means I can bend and kick and jump and I’m all good! Both the top and skirt are from Forever 21. I kinda went crazy shopping earlier last week so you will see more outfits soon! I bought them all for NY. But am I crazy? I think NY is cold. So…

    I see you have a pic of yourself with Jiff but Boo, the world’s cutest dog (who also is I think a Pomeranian) is in stuffed animal form at Michael’s. I died. Then I saw Jiff on your site and thought, Cassey needs to know about this!

    Did the 6 Mins To Sexy Arms today and let me tell you my shoulders BURN! Its a great workout. I definitely need to work on my arms. I wasn’t able to do the whole workout on my left arm though because of an injury….

    so I just did the first day of your beginners work out and the dance cardio and this lol I love killing my body I guess!!! my arms are on FIRE!!! But I honestly cannot wait to start seeing results I’ve been doing your workouts the past few days drinking tons of water and I’ve already lost an inch off of my waist!!! Then yesterday I started your diet ideas in the AM I drank the metabolism monster lol not sure if that’s the name but the green shake then the skinny detox water and for dinner I went for the sweet potato fries and the black bean and sweet potato burger I just used the other half of potato from my burger for my fries and also I think it might have been because I didn’t use the flax but my burger were just refried beans with sweet potato in them couldn’t get them to stay together but it was still delicious and now I have beans to go with some whole grain rice!!! Now my goal is to start eating smaller portions and more often!!

    You weren’t kidding when you said the weightless arm workout was deceiving. The next day my arms were tender like I had lifted hand weights. It’s my new favorite six-minute “break” away from my desk at the office. Thanks Cassey!!

  10. I loved the weightless arms workout. It is great to have workouts that don’t always require weights and such. I’m looking forward to reading about your POP Pilates class in NYC! It is awesome to see pilates classes offered that don’t stick to the “norm” and allow others to get interested in exercising in new ways.

    Hi Cassey, in the email it says Master classes; does that mean advanced? I am fit, but new to Pilates. Loving your videos, so I would LOVE to see you in person and take your NYC class, but I wanted to check that it would be right for me.

    I uploaded Cassey’s cinnamon roll protein pancake recipe to track in myfitnesspal, and “the recipe picture” automatically showed up as Cassey and Jiff the Pomeranian. Lol.

    Will the class on Sunday be only the certification class ? Or will it be a public class for us all!? So interested in coming down to meet you ! Also, do we have to sign up prior for the public class?

  18. Hi Cassey! You must be over-the-moon that you’re actually training others to teach POP Pilates and be in with a big gym like 24 Hour Fitness. I’ve been teaching group fitness at 24 Hour Fitness in San Francisco for almost two years and we have the greatest members. I hope POP comes this way soon. Best of luck!
