Happy SEPTEMBER! Wow, does it feel like everyone is rushing to just end summer where you live? I’m seeing pumpkin spice all over my grocery store…and I heard that Costco has Christmas stuff out? Ummm what?!
I am for sure not ready. I love the transition from summer to fall, but only when it’s really time, you know?!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the September Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be around 45 min of exercise.
