Happy SEPTEMBER! Wow, does it feel like everyone is rushing to just end summer where you live? I’m seeing pumpkin spice all over my grocery store…and I heard that Costco has Christmas stuff out? Ummm what?!
I am for sure not ready. I love the transition from summer to fall, but only when it’s really time, you know?!
Anyways, whether you’re ready for summer to get outta here or you’re cringing at pumpkin taking over the shelves, we can all agree to be excited about one thing…

If you don’t have the BODY By Blogilates app yet, GET IT! Seriously, it will make your life so much easier when you follow this calendar. You can access not only the calendar, but all of the videos in one place! Find challenges and free programs like the Glow up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!
Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the September Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be around 45 min of exercise.

Thanks for letting us use the calendar. I noticed for the last few months each day has been reduced from its usual 42min to roughly 32/35 min. Am i.forgetting something? And indeed we would all love seeing new videos. Thanks heaps.
The videos on your YouTube channel for 25 Sept aren’t the ones on the calendar – I feel sorry for anyone who misses their stretch day and just has another crazy workout day!

On the 30 day ab challenge, how often and how many of do you do each exercise?
This is my first calendar back from a few year hiatus. I tried, off and on, other workouts including weight training and nothing stuck the way your planned workouts stick. Also, even with the weight training I never felt as sore consistently as when I do your exercises. Thank you for making these workouts a positive place to get stronger and leaner. I truly enjoy the journey with you as my trainer and I look forward to continuing being consistent. <3
A new workout video, even a short one would be so good as it’s been a while!
I’m recently getting back into daily exercise. Are warmups and cooldowns included in the calendar, or should I add those to each days workouts?

I love your workouts and the calendar but I agree with previous comments that fresh new videos added to your app would certainly make it even better and keep me completely motivated.

I’ve been doing Casey’s workout calendars for years but I’ve been really disappointed with the calendar’s for a few months now, no new workouts for 9 months and just not enjoying what’s in the day to day schedule, I’m making up my own workout calendar basically but still paying the $$$ each month 🤔

I just successfully completed the august workout calendar and I am AMAZED at the results! Your pre-planned work out schedule keeps me motivated and makes it easier to work out since I don’t have to plan my own workout every day. I love the different days and how it focuses on different parts of the body. I am super excited to start September and I am hoping to push myself even harder, do more reps and continue on my fitness journey with you. Thank you for consistently making this workout calendar for us! I have been following you for years but just recently have I been able to complete a full month following your calendar! I didn’t have a lot of muscle and it was really hard for me to enjoy anything that required strength, but I am finally seeing (and most importantly FEELING) a change in my body and I feel happier than I’ve been in a while.
