Hey guys!

November is here!

Have you started your holiday shopping yet?! I keep hearing that we need to get it done early because of shipping delays (blaahh), but I’m struggling sooo hard to find my holiday spirit this early!

No worries though. Once I get started I know I’ll be all in. This is one of my favorite times of the year!

Here’s something to keep us busy while we wait for all of the holiday excitement – The November Workout Calendar!!!

Here’s How To Follow The November Workout Calendar

Check the Blogilates Youtube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can download the BODY by Blogilates app. This makes life soooo much easier, because you can access the monthly calendar and all of the videos in one place!

Here’s an overview of each day of the November Workout Calendar. We’re attacking a specific muscle group every day 😉

SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Butt
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

    Hi Cassey!
    I found your videos one day on my 24GO app and discovered that YOU were what was missing from my daily workout! I fell in love with your happy attitude and downloaded your app almost immediately. I started as a beginner and have become advanced and strong. I did your 30 day meal plan and have never enjoyed adding all whole food into my diet so much! With your app, running, and weights at the gym, I have found my best body ever. With having 4 knee surgeries under my belt it was hard to find workouts that I could do before I found Blogilates. Just wanted to say a huge thank you!!!
    Now I am onto a whole new challenge trying to stay strong through my third pregnancy and I am missing my core workouts with you! Do you happen to have any safe core workouts when pregnant?

    I’ve done the beginner’s calendar twice but I’m still not quite ready to do the monthly calendar as I am still recovering from an injury (a broken hip, unusual I know!) so I don’t have the strength or flexibility yet. What would you advise to bridge the gap?

    Dear Cassey, how much should teens be working out? I want to follow a good schedule but I worry that I am going to burn too many calories that I won’t develop properly because I am also not sure what types of things I should be eating as most of this stuff is geared toward adults. I am 15 for reference.

    Hi I am wondering if you could create a 15 to 20min schedule to gain muscle and strength. It would be very helpful as i cannot gain muscle.

    Hi Cassey. Is there anyway you could create a 15 to 20min workout plan (fullbody) to gain strength and muscle. It would be very helpful, as I really like Pilates.

    Yesss I love the holiday season! My favourite part people may disagree on….THE MUSIC! I love old timey christmas carols and blast them when I am baking, decorating, present wrapping etc!! And of course I loveeee finding gifts for all my friends and family- time to start budgeting!
