November is here!
Have you started your holiday shopping yet?! I keep hearing that we need to get it done early because of shipping delays (blaahh), but I’m struggling sooo hard to find my holiday spirit this early!
No worries though. Once I get started I know I’ll be all in. This is one of my favorite times of the year!
Here’s something to keep us busy while we wait for all of the holiday excitement – The November Workout Calendar!!!

Here’s an overview of each day of the November Workout Calendar. We’re attacking a specific muscle group every day 😉
SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.
