Happy New Year! And hello, 2022.
I’ve been thinking about how we all celebrate the new year in different ways. Some of us ring it in from our couches, while others go to parties. Some of us can’t even stay awake until midnight ;). Some of us are really intentional about setting a New Year’s resolution, while some of us aren’t sold on the “resolution” tradition.
No matter how you decide to enter the new year, I hope it’s everything you hope for. And I hope you’re just as excited as I am for…
The January 2022 Workout Calendar!!!
It’s here, and it’s ready for you to conquer. Just a little heads up though – this month’s calendar isn’t quite like the others. It also includes the 2022 Glow Up Sessions! Basically, this is a 14-day challenge where we’ll get into the best shape of our lives, mentally and physically. Not a bad way to start a new year, right?

How To Follow The January Workout Calendar
From January 3 – 9, I’ll be doing one of the workouts from the calendar each day with you LIVE on IG. So make sure you’re following me @Blogilates to join in!
Otherwise, check the Blogilates Youtube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the January Workout Calendar. The goal? To make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week 😉
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.
