The Blogilates February 2023 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

Okay so let’s check in. We’re one month into the new year, and fresh off of the Good Mood Challenge. Did you complete all 30 days?! I hope it helped you sail into 2023 with confidence and clear motivation for what you’re truly capable of.

And if you’re still working through the challenge, keep going! That’s the beauty of a challenge like this one. There’s no end date! You can take your time, or repeat the days that felt realllllly good.


January ended kind of weirdly for me. I discovered that Shein stole one of my designs, which I knew would happen eventually but I was still NOT prepared for it to actually happen. I spilled alllll of the tea in a blog post and encourage you to read and share so people can see how truly damaging this company is on so many levels.

For all of the kind comments on this that you’ve already sent – THANK YOU. I cannot say it enough.

How to follow the February Workout Calendar

Check the Blogilates YouTube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the BODY By Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will making following along to this month’s workouts even easier! You can access not only the calendar, but all of the videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs like the Glow up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the February Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.

If you get the BODY By Blogilates app, your workout calendar and workouts will all be in one place! And it’s so fun and motivating to get that “Workout Complete” checkmark 😉

And you MUST check out the new Social feature in the app!

The Blogilates community is the BEST. So, I wanted to create a space where we could all feel a little more connected to each other!     I just started working out and it has felt great and I want to get the body of my dreams and maybe maybe MAYBE want to impress someone I have the butt but I need the other parts and I need to have a hot girl summer

      I was training last July and August and I was soo proud of my self. Than the school and the winter started and I lost motivaiton and Conditions to train at home. But I am planning on starting to train again, today I finally did a workout and it felt really great, I can’t wait for spring to start and my Cold to be over.     I was 4 days behind. I honestly felt more a live and less tired. Love the community chat. The only personal issue I have is I did hurt my tailbone (fully curved in) 4 years ago so I do have yo modify some work outs or change them. Other that that I feel on track to my workout schedule/goals .
