Hey guys!

Happy DECEMBER! I have to be honest… I was starting to get that feeling of “omg it’s already the end of the year and ahhh I’m not ready!” …which is totally normal right? How does December always sneak up on us like this?!

Anyways, that feeling transformed into pure excitement after I announced my Dream Grant yesterday!! Seeing everyone’s dreams pour in, and knowing that I’ll be witnessing some of those come to life has me feeling so inspired and looking forward to the next few weeks.

Annnnnd now I get to share the December Workout Calendar with you?!

OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the BODY By Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will making following along to this month’s workouts even easier! You can access not only the calendar, but all of the videos in one place! Find challenges and free programs like the Glow up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the December Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!

I’m a little late to the challenge for this month, but I am so excited to start! I’m ready for a full transformation and I’m excited to see how my mental and physical health will be after this month!

This is my sixth full month of following the calendar every day and the changes are amazing. I used to do hiit workouts and exhaust myself without the results I wanted. I decided to commit three months to Cassey’s Calendar and see what happened and I’m so happy I did. At 41 I have abs for the first time in my life and I look forward to working out! Definitely give it a try-it took awhile to really get the form correct and build core strength, but so worth it! Thank you Cassey!

question, did you make any other changes or do any other additional workouts or did you just do the blogilates monthly calendar?

    Hi Blogilates team!
The calendar and BODY app still do not match and the days are all off.

Hi! The workouts from the December calendar on the app don’t match with the December 2022 calendar (or in the YouTube playlist). I thought it was just on my end, but it seems other app users noticed the same thing, as well. Hope it will be fixed soon. Thanks !

  7. Heather says:

    Hey Blogilates team!
The workouts on the calendar don’t match up to what’s in the app. Todays calendar workout is showing on Saturday 12/4.
Now I’m going to follow the calendar and check those workouts off later (check marks are legit).
    Thank you!

    1. Cassey says:

Thanks for letting me know! It should be fixed now!

      1. Heather says:

Good morning! It’s still not matched up on my end 🤔

  8. Beth says:

Hi there- the app and calendar are not in sync- can this be fixed the app days are all off. Thanks

    1. Cassey says:

      Everything should match up now!

      1. Ash says:

Hi, it’s still not matched up in the app for me. 🙁

      2. Beth says:

Hi – thanks! still not matching up. Anything I need to do on my end?

      3. Beth says:

        Fixed now! Thank you!!

  9. Priscila says:

Hi Cassey, love the workouts! I have the app and the workouts that appear on the calendar are different from the one of the photo.

  10. Ruth says:

So.. they’re really just not even trying anymore with the calendar huh? The first video is a repeat from Monday of this week and the long arm video for tomorrow was done last Friday. Really getting sick of the lack of variety and effort Cassey + team are putting into the fitness part of her business. This is going to be my last calendar anyway; I’m switching to apple fitness in the new year.

  11. Eisha A. says:

Hi Cassey, I’m a beginner (completed the beginner calendar) but I still don’t think I could do 45 minutes of workouts. I am also 16 y/o and my health did say that 45 minutes is too much for you considering my body. So what do you suggest I do?

    1. Paige says:

I’m not Cassey, but this is definitely one of those times that you should, (1) listen to the health professional that told you that 45 minutes may be too much for you, and (2) listen to your body. Do modified, lower intensity versions of the moves she has in the videos. You could start by doing one of the calendar videos per day and pair it with one of her stretching videos afterwards, and work your way up to more videos if your body and stamina feel up to it. You aren’t being graded on your performance. You aren’t any less because you didn’t do the moves the same way that Cassey (a professional that’s literally been doing fitness professionally for many years) does. Be gentle and patient with yourself and your body. You are worth nourishing your body in whatever capacity you can.

  12. Maria K. says:

Yayyyyy!!! Thanks, Cassey! I didn’t get my email saying the new calendar was out, so I’m really glad I remembered to check your blog! I totally sent in my submission for the Dream Grant, thank you so much for such an amazing opportunity! I hope you and the family had a happy Thanksgiving! 🧡
