Hellooo, August!! Is your summer winding down, or is the fun still going?!

August is the month of new routine…or finding our way back to a routine that got lost in the busy summer months. Living freely all summer with late nights, fun with friends, and travels is THE BEST, but I’m always ready to settle down and get back into some consistency as the end of the season closes in, you know?

Perfect timing for your August Workout Calendar!!

The key to sticking to a new routine is to prepare and plan ahead so you can ease in. The calendar takes care of this for you. 🙂

How to follow the August Workout Calendar

Check the Blogilates YouTube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the BODY By Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will make following along with this month’s workouts easier! You can access not only the calendar but all of the videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs like the Glow Up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the August Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.

Speaking of the app!

    casey i LOVE all your workouts an i always find these calendars super helpful. i was also wondering if you ever planned to make anymore workout videos. i really enjoy them and hope there are more to come, but i also understand you are super busy running a successful business. thank you!

    Starting this monthly calendar with my fiance! He was in awe and anger (LOL) yesterday at how easily you could talk and workout with ease/flexibility! I’ll let you know how we do in 30 days haha! 😀

    Tuning in for this month! I did the beginners calendar for June and the July calendar. I didn’t get every workout in, but it was so helpful to have a routine!

      i had the same issue. I ended up just getting out my microns and copics and spending waaaayy too much time on drawing out my own calendar lol. It looks cute tho!
