Hello! I was wondering if the calendars of the previous months are also available? Thanks!
also, thank you so much for everything, I just finished the 21-day tone and I feel like it’s almost a routine! That’s why I’m looking for the other months’ calendars! 🙂

    1. blogilates says:

Yes!! Just search “Workout Calendar [insert month here]”. It should show up! You can add year, too if you wanna get specific!

Hey Cassey! Soo I finished the beginner’s calendar last month and started with this one but some moves are still really hard ( like V up and Teasers :O ) and sometimes you talk of what we learned “at level 2” … is there an intermediate calendar? I can’t seem to find one… Thanks in advance! ^^

    1. Beatrice says:

There isn’t one, but I found the 21 day challenge Cassey did in January 2021 to be a great intermediate cal 🙂

      1. CATA says:

        Thanks so much! 🙂

    2. Mary says:

Usually level 2 refers to a more difficulty video in a series of three. Level 1, level 2, and level 3 difficulty

I have the app and April will not load, is there something I need to do. In the App Store it does not say I need an update

  14. Thank you for posting this! Looking forward to doing the exercises on the calendar! 🙂

  15. Majo says:

Hi, is the pdf with direct links no longer available?

  16. Eva says:

Hey Cassey! I have your BODY app, but I can’t see the monthly calendar in it! Where can I find it? I see different challenges, programs and videos, but I would like to follow to this monthly calendar on the app – for me it was empty till I chose the 100 glute challenge, but I would prefer to have the monthly calendar instead or + glute challenge, if that is possible.

  17. Dear Cassey

I’ve been hearing a lot about this 80% diet 20% exercise. I was wondering if this is true, or is this just a myth? If so does this even work? And how do I do the whole 80/20 thing?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Cassie. I’ve just finished your 30 day ab challenge, it wasn’t easy but I did it and it has totally sculptured my abs. I just love working out with you, your classes are awesome.
My body has transformed since starting Pilates with you. You are an inspiration.
Thank you all the way from the UK.

  20. Dominyka says:

Dear Cassey, I love your workouts! I completed the March calendar in full for the first time! Can’t wait to start April calendar. Before quarantine I used to go to group workouts in the gym, like Body Sculpt, Pump and XFit, and skipped yoga and pilates as “easy”. You have thought me that pilates is no joke! Now I feel that even if quarantine was over, I would choose your workouts over going to the gym! And not to mention, I can see my abs forming after the 1000 ab challenge… Well, genetics might play a part in that too, cause belly fat is the first thing I lose so they became visible… Anyways! Cassey, I really need your advice. You see, doing one of the moves – Star Abs – something popped in my left hip and it felt like I strained some muscle… I felt pain for 3 days. Then when it was finally over, I injured it again doing the Sexy Dancer Kick move when my leg was on the way up… It is either Pectineus or Adductor muscle, looked it up in google images. So what should I do? Is it because of bad form? Maybe some stretches will help? Or should I avoid these moves altogether? Maybe there are some modifications to these moves?
    Lots of love,
    Dominyka

  22. Amitha says:

At 13 years old, I’ve been able to complete my first challenge, the 1000 Ab Challenge, without missing a single rep! I’ve struggled to complete other challenges when I was 12, so I’m really proud of myself for finally completing this one! I also started working out in the morning, which has cleared up a lot of time for school. Thank you so much Cassey!

    1. Meghan says:

Amitha I’m so proud of you! but make sure your being safe. Nourish your body stay hydrated etc. And remember to take rest days so your body has time to repair its self. And don’t be upset if you miss a workout. Your progress won’t speed up or slow down because of it. Otherwise I’m happy for you!

    2. Stella says:

Thank you for posting this right now. I just turned 13 about a weeks ago and I had printed the 1000 Ab Challenge out for me to get some of tat belly fat away. Thank you so much! You inspired me more to get started!

  23. Jasmine says:

    Hi Cassey,

Firstly, thank you for your always inspiration and sincereness in sharing your workout.

It’s almost 1am here in Malaysia. The reason i am writing is that i hope you can help with a range of exercises which is suitable for those with neck issues. But don’t want to lose those “abs” or other definitions which i have been working on for the past year. Well, since i started following you in March 2020. I am proud of what i have achieved thus far.

My story is, last week i was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis (C4, C5, C6) and was absolutely crushed when my doctor told me that i cant workout for 6-8 weeks. Only walking on flat ground.

I was wondering if you have any vids to guide for those of us with neck issues? For someone like me who has been following your monthly calendar. Perhaps with options which is more suitable / alternatives which i can still work on albeit to take the back burner on those high impact workouts, and let my neck recuperate. But not totally out?

Thank you Cassey. Much love back, Jas

  24. Emmalee says:

Hi Cassey!! I started on February 1st a new way of eating and have already lost 14 lbs! I need to add in working out. I had signed up for Beach Body last year, but did not enjoy any of the workouts. I have been following you for years and all I could think of when watching the BB workouts, was how much more fun and motivating your workouts are!! So here I am, back at it with you! Thank you for being so much fun to work out with! <3

  25. Magdalyn says:

Hi Cassey, can’t wait to start doing the workout calendar!💪🏽

  26. Laura says:

I was so deep in march calendar and then BAM! I get Covid right when my day 6 of abs was going so great! 😔 I was so not ok, but I recover and ready to start a new month.
I forgive myself, I give myself rest and I stop to think that my goal for this year is over. No it’s not! I can start from begining a new month and do 2 months of your calendar in a row. And at the final, I can say I have at least 3 months of your calendar worked in 2021. Who know what it will be until the end of the year. 😊

    1. Meghan says:

YAAAAAAAAS LAURA! GET IT GURL! YOU GOT THIS!!!

  27. Rinnie says:

Looking forward to this next month, and also whatever challenge you throw at us!

I’m really proud of 3 things related to fitness. For background – I have always struggled with working out consistently, especially at home (I do better if I have a fun class, like dance or martial arts). So my first thing I’m proud of is that I am consistently working out at home with pilates. I don’t always use one of your videos – sometimes I only have enough energy for a 1 0-min session with an interval timer app – but I have been exercising almost every single day for the past four months, and that is a huge accomplishment for me. And because I’ve been consistent – I can do boat pose for 30 seconds (!!!!!), I have lost an inch on my waist (but gained several lbs of muscle), and I was able to hold my 230-lb husband on my back! 🙂 I could not do a squat with him on my back, that will be the next goal. 🙂

    1. Meghan says:

      Your next goal sounds fun!😂

  28. Rebecca says:

Hey Cassey! You still have a comment about the #1000 an challenge in here. 🙂 peace and blessings from Texas!

    1. blogilates says:

AH thank you for catching that!!! I guess I want the challenge to go on foreverrrrrrrr
