Super Creamy Protein Mint Chip Shake
There’s something about mint that’s super refreshing. Whether you add it to a recipe, infuse it into your water, or pair it with chocolate, it just wakes up your palate and screams FRESH. The flavor combo is also giving Thin Mint vibes…perfect timing since it is Girl Scout cookie season!
This protein mint chip shake is the perfect combo of sweet and minty goodness with a little crunch. The best part is, you can drink it any time because it’s full of protein and gut-healthy pre and probiotics thanks to my Sculpt+Debloat Protein Powder.
Flavor Options
Don’t care for chocolate? No worries (and same)! Make the same recipe using the Sweet Cream flavor! I’ve tried using fresh mint leaves and mint extract and both taste amazing. I suggest doing the same to see which you prefer!
Amp Up Your Smoothie
It goes without saying that if you like various additions, you should go for it. There are tons of add-ins that increase fiber, healthy fats, and veggies to any shake recipe. Just be aware that any adds will change the nutrition/macros!
Here are a few ways to add nutrients without changing the taste:
- hemp seeds
- flax seeds
- chia seeds
- spinach
- kale
Sculpt & Debloat Protein Powder – You can use any protein powder, but this one makes smoothies super creamy. Protein will fill you up and help you hit your protein goals.

I found your Hot Body Year Round book. Many of the recipes call for bananas which give me indigestion. Is there a comparable substitute for the shakes or pancakes?
