The Blogilates September 2020 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

August was SO CRAZY around here. We released the BODY By Blogilates app, launched the new POPFLEX Terrain 2.0 and Tie-Dye collections, and we’ve been wrapping up the official 90 Day Meal Plan!

WHEW. So many exciting things!

Anyways, how was the first month with my new app?! I hope it kept you motivated and pushing yourself like never before. We’re constantly in the process of working to improve and add more features for you, so it’s only going to get better!! If you haven’t tried it yet, go download it for Apple or Android devices!

Also, we’ve done some MAJOR changes to BODY by Blogilates – make sure you click the “update” button in your app store to get these changes! Here’s the latest:

  • Added possibility to see other calendar days
  • Added change/forgot password option
  • Added navigation through your challenge days
  • Added Notes from Cassey to your challenge workouts
  • Added search in the workout library
  • Lots of cosmetic improvement

Here’s an overview of each day of the September Workout Calendar. Basically, we’re gonna zone in on a different muscle group every day!

SUNDAY: Abs & Obliques
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Butt
WEDNESDAY: Cardio
THURSDAY: Upper Body
FRIDAY: Stretch & Recovery
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise. And YES we’ll still have a new video every Monday! Woohoo!!

REMEMBER! You can also download the new app to have the calendar and workout videos in one place…to make life a little easier 🙂

    Hey Cassey! I have been doing your beginner’s calendar since mid Nov. Just one week to go!! But my exams are starting from next week so I’ll probably join the monthly calendars from New Year. I have a really busy schedule. Doing all the video together just doesn’t fit into it no matter what I do 🙁 I just feel very sad about it! Do you have any suggestions?

    Hello Cassey! I’ve been a subscriber of yours since 2015. Although i did not achieved my goals back then because of lost of motivation and temptation (eating unhealthy) which motivated me to push myself now. I am happy to say that I applied your advices to not think of workouts as a chore but instead do it because it makes you happy and it did! I had a better mentality especially now at the time of pandemic. i’ve been consistent on my workouts a month after quarantine and now i’ve seen results plus i’m getting stronger too! Doing workouts clears my mind and lessen the stress from online school and to what is happening to the world. Thank you so much for creating this fitness calendars every month. Looking forward to the next ones!

    first of all lots of love from India 🙂 working out with you is more like working out with a friend and i absolutely adore you :*
    I have been following your calendar since august I feel alot more energetic and stronger I have lost a few inches as well but the weighing scale is not in favour….every single time i step on it it breaks my heart…it is not moving and i dont know what to do.. I try avoiding to step on it ..bit my anxious ass will do it every single day…please please help me here….

    Hi Casey! Just watched your video shared by someone struggling with motivation and diet. I feel I am one of those now! I’m older (58) and in the past 5 yrs have noticed a significant change in my body. Where at one time I was able to drop a few pounds when I needed to, it has become much more difficult. To make things worse, I find so many IG accounts disheartening! Most are for younger women and I get it! However, I still want to feel and look great. I appreciate your advice in regards to deleting accounts that don’t work for you, but could you address body changes in your “older” years and what diet changes need to be made? Maybe this is not an area you speak to…I totally understand. But if so, please give me some guidance. I have found that so much online just confuses me!! Thanks!!

    Does anyone else notice that Casey’s slacking a little bit, yesterday for September 7 they’re supposed to be a new video on the YouTube playlist and there wasn’t. And for September 9 there’s only three videos and there should be four. What’s happening Cassey?

    Love your workouts, they’ve been keeping me sane while working from home. Is there a reason why we can’t download the calendar as a pdf and click the daily workouts which would bring us directly to the video on youtube? I found that to be very easy to maneuver.

    I stopped searching for the right workout for me since I easily get losing my weights and eating food consistently at regular intervals is difficult to achieve especially if I am already in the office and working busily all day.

    But when will I start achieving a healthy lifestyle for my only oneself? So I promised myself that I will stick with your program, so here I go, already starting your Blogilates September calendar workout.

    Hi Cassie, I’m 3 weeks into your programme and I have to say I absolutely LOVE it. We got back from France and had to quarantine for two weeks and this was the highlight of my day and got me through 14 days of boredom. I have always been a runner but my body has gotten so used to it I wasn’t seeing results anymore, now I feel stronger and more defined and it’s REALLY hard 🙂 Thank you for providing such a user friendly platform.     Got the app today! I love it overall but was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn’t watch videos in full screen landscape on my phone. Such a basic function and made it challenging to see what you were doing since the video stayed tiny in portrait mode. Looking forward to that making an update!

    Hi, for the ones who wanted the PDF version, as I did, I added the links to this JPG. Maybe some are not right, because there where a couple with similar names, but anyways I hope it helps.
    For me is way easier to just click into the calendar and go directly to the youtube videos, but at least Cassey made youtube lists for every day (day 1 and 2 are already uploaded). There is no need to be rude to her, she makes this calendars for us for free and even made an app so everything is more comfortable and the workout experience grows, in a way; of course not everyone is going to feel the same about this changes, but there is always a way to express our feelings without being rude. Thanks, Cassey! I’m gonna try to get back on track this month.

    Is there a PDF version of the calendars anymore? Those were super helpful with the quick links to every workout video 💪 I tried the app and love how it looks but I’ve been having trouble with casting the videos on my television.

    Obviously the whole quarantine thing has been hard on everyone, but with my depression it has been especially difficult. Fitness has always been my happiness supplement but I often had a hard time getting myself out of bed. Your calendar and videos are a daily objective to complete that keeps me both healthy and happy. My whole family often works out together and it’s become something we all look forward to as bonding time. (My mom, being a PE teacher is especially happy with this lol) I know as a creator we wonder if our content ever really reaches people, I wanted to let you know yours has. Thank you so much for your time, energy, positive attitude and dedication to your work.

    Hi Cassey! i have been following you for years and I have to thank you because you are the only one that makes me leave my wonderful couch to workout. I have noticed that it is no longer possible to download the pdf version of the month’s workout calendars but only the jpeg version. it was useful because it was possible to click on each workout title having the direct access to each video. would it be possible to have the pdf versions again? tnx xo

    Love all of this Cassey! Question about your app- the casting to TV option is still not working for me. I see the button on the bottom right corner but every time I click on it nothing happens. Tried it on multiple devices with no luck. Also my favroite work outs all got deleted in the app update, even though it says I have 7 there I don’t see any. I’ve deleted the app because without being able to cast to TV or see my fav work outs it’s easier to just play Youtube from my TV and use your physical calendar. I’m new to Blogilates and SO wanting to use and love your app. Do you know if those bugs will be fixed soon? Hoping to use your app for September! Just loving your monthly calendars so incredibly much. I’ve been looking for a way to get more cardio and pilates into my life, August’s calendar was my first month with Blogilates and I’m in LOVE! Thank you for creating the most wonderful way to work out!! <3

    Totally unrelated to this months calendar, but I clicked on the ‘Bridal Booty Lift’ video on the Body app and it seems to be the ‘Backless Bride Back Toning’ video instead. Would totally appreciate it if this was fixed! Loving the app too!

    WHAT? A blog post about a monthly workout calendar where Cassey doesn’t talk about how time went by so fast!???! What do you mean!?? Haha. Cassey, please make my “dream” come true and give us more of your old workouts in the calendars (from 2012 to 2016). I tend to get easily bored but also quite unmotivated when I always do the same videos, although you do have great videos. I do switch them with over workouts, of course, but I really like the way you create workout calendars; they always give me that extra challenge.
    (I also agree that the PDF was a good, useful option. I used it from time to time which made it easier for me)

    I wish there’s still a PDF as not all the days are available all the time on the youtube playlist. Also sometimes I mix the workouts on different days when I’m not able to do them altogether per day. I guess it’s a lot of work to compile the links in one calendar though.

      Agree! I would honestly be happy to just have the PDF without the links because then I could copy paste the titles and look them up easy + the popsters printing would have much better quality.

        I can follow the playlists for each day, but I can never find the playlist if I want to do a playlist from say a week ago. they seem to disappear after 3 days, Im sure they are there somewhere but I cant figure it out, thats why the pdf was a great tool. Any suggestions how to find.

      I totally agree! I use an iPad too and I wished the app was compatible. Until it is, I make my own YouTube playlist and play the videos directly from YouTube on my TV.

    So sad the PDF is not a clickable option anymore, can’t even see my previous progress I had registered in previous calendars. Seems like a marketing option to just make me download the app. I just like being on my computer, seeing cassie in BIG PICTURES and with GOOD sound options.
    A bit disappointed tbh

      I completely agree. I always use my computer to watch the workouts and I’m not using my phone to watch the workouts! Taking away the clickable PDF to get people to use the app really disappointed me. I’m sure plenty of people would have still gotten the app if you didn’t do that. Please bring them back Cassey.
