Your November Workout Calendar! | 77 of 90

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

Today, we’re working from home, so these seemed like the most appropriate costumes for Halloween 🙂 It’s Narwhal and Rubber Ducky!

Now, can you believe that tomorrow is NOVEMBER!!??? I mean, OMG. November is the month of Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the last month before Christmas, and 2 months before New Year’s! AHHHHHHHH!!!!! What is happening!!???? It’s even getting cold in LA! AHHHHH! Winter is coming!!!

But even with all the seasonal changes, one thing holds strong and steady – our workouts together. Even with family commitments, feasting, parties, and days that get darker faster, you know you can still stay motivated as long as you know what you want right?

All those things are just excuses. They are just minor distractions.

If you REALLY want what you want, and you know WHY you want what you want, what’s stopping you? Literally nothing should be stopping you. Make your goal so clear, that not a thing could get in your way. And if something does, take a moment to step aside, let it pass through, and keep trucking along.

Honestly though guys. I have just 13 days left in my 90 day journey! And you know how many times I wanted to stop? NONE.

Not once.

Why? Because my goals are clear. Because I am having fun. Because I am FEELING the progress. Also, I have a timeline and a deadline. And I’m so focused, it’s insane.

Now I’m not saying I’m some almighty superior being. I’ve been where we’ve all been – falling into my temptations, letting myself get distracted, feeling weak and unmotivated, feeling defeated and like a total failure. The difference from before and now? I know how to refocus myself quickly. I know what I want and I let that guide me. I don’t let these temporary feelings veer me off my path. Key word…TEMPORARY.

Now, you ready for November’s workout cal?

YES YOU ARE!

Just pick a WHY. WHY are you doing this? Envision yourself in 30 days. Now, go make it happen.

As always, thank you for your words. I’m nearing the end of my 28 day reset challenge and it definitely didn’t go as well as I wanted it to be BUT I am so ready to do it again by giving it my 100% aka no excuses, thinking before giving in to my temptations, fill myself with the BEST FOOD and CO-MMI-TING!!!

She hasn’t been for a while. If you scroll back through her posts you’ll understand why.

  7. I’m excited for black Friday! I don’t know why because I don’t intend on spend much money on anything…I think I just like the energy everyone has 🙂

I love this month’s calendar but I don’t think I can commit to it. November is also NaNoWrimo and I’m super committed to writing a 50k word book this month. That’s my goal!

  9. corrina says:

I’m excited to be off my beginners calendar and start the harder one. I’ve already lost 19 lbs in 3 weeks with the help of diet and these videos! Also the Fuego chips are amazing! It’s the best one they have from siete. Their almond flour tortillas are also delicious.

  11. Diana says:

I will have to try the Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips. I just bought some more of the Cashew Flour tortilla wraps and they are so good. I am most looking forward to trying out new recipes in November to prepare for Thanksgiving. I just love food so much lol. Reading your words about what allowed you to not give up this time was inspiring. I will have to refer back to this when I get discouraged.

    I enjoy your youtube channel.

  13. bekahna03 says:

Why did you change Sundays to include abs too? :O

    1. Lauren says:

I was thinking the same thing. I love to workout my abs, but I feel like after last month with the abs/arms Sundays, my arms weren’t getting as much of a workout as previous workout calendars.

      1. elodalo says:

Felling exactly the same . I used to be super sore on Monday on my arms but know not anymore… we need more arms workout ! (But less push-ups ^^)

      2. bekahna03 says:

I feel the same way! I might just start substituting those ab videos with other arm workouts.

        1. Lauren says:

That’s a good idea! I might try to do the same.

  14. o says:

why can’t you still post your weight, bmi, etc without your journal? seems odd.

  15. AJ says:

Cassey, have you ever thought about making a condensed/modified workout calendar? With a full time job A social life, and other active pursuits (going to bootcamp 1x a week, skateboarding, biking, snowboarding and hiking on weekends/after work depending on the season) it’s a huge struggle to do 6 workouts a week following your calendar (not to mention having to shower every day?? My skin and hair were not happy last time I did that). And the problem with skipping days is that I’d miss out on entire muscle groups so instead of modifying it myself I just… don’t do any of it which I know is a very lazy attitude but I’m just not sure how to condense it into 3 workouts a week on my own.

    1. Kate says:

I love this idea, not for time reasons (I’m not half as popular as you) but for health reasons. I’d love to be able to have say 3 or 4 days of exercises that covered the same areas as the 6 days workouts and leave me time to rest between

    2. Anna says:

I would really love that as well, 3-4 times a week would be perfect!

    3. Steph says:

Having a calender covering 3-4 days of workout per week for the whole body would be amazing. I can’t do all the videos for 6 days per week for health reasons, but all your videos I can do help making me feel so much better! @blogilates do you think there would ever be a possibility for monthly calenders with less workout days?

  16. Raven says:

“teriyaki turkey pineapple meatballs” all of that is in one meatball? I think they sound delicious. Did you make these or find them in a store?

    1. Angie says:

Costco sells Aidells Chicken Teriyaki & Pineapple meatballs. They’re super good! I’m sure other stores carry them too.
