After the popularity of the Inner Thigh Insanity workout, I got an OVERWHELMING request for saddlebags. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what that was so I had to google it. Haha. Apparently it’s those things that hang off the sides of your thighs on the outside.

This workout is all standing! We start with a lil ab warmup. You must wear a crop top though. Or else I won’t let you do it.

    hank you Cassey this is exactly where i need to be working out! But I do have one question, sometimes im feeling it more in my calves than my thighs? Is there something in my form I need to fix?
