POP Pilates: Saddlebag Shaver (Outer Thigh Workout!)
After the popularity of the Inner Thigh Insanity workout, I got an OVERWHELMING request for saddlebags. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what that was so I had to google it. Haha. Apparently it’s those things that hang off the sides of your thighs on the outside.
This workout is all standing! We start with a lil ab warmup. You must wear a crop top though. Or else I won’t let you do it.
