Erin has been a group fitness instructor for the past 21 years, serving as a Master Trainer for R.I.P.P.E.D. and co-creator of R.I.P.P.E.D. for Kids. She holds multiple certifications in both fitness and nutrition, working with clients around the globe. She’s been a media chef for the past 7 years, working as a recipe developer and cookbook creator for Quest Nutrition, Phase it Up and several YouTubers. She is also a proud mom to three amazing kids.
