Here’s Your Blogilates January 2026 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

Happy New Year!! I’m going to make this quick because I’m officially in mermaid mode in the Phillippines on Sam and my annual mini-moon, but ahhh can you believe it’s 2026?! I still need to process but I’ll save that for when we return.

Anyway, ready for your very first workout calendar of the year?!

How to follow the January Workout Calendar

It’s easy!

Check the Blogilates YouTube playlists to find all of the videos you need for this month’s calendar!!

OR you can get everything you need (and more motivational tools!) on the Blogilates app! If you don’t have the app yet, it will make following along with this month’s workouts easier! You can access not only the calendar but all of the videos in one place. Find challenges and free programs like the Glow Up Sessions and the 200 Ab Challenge there too!

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the January Workout Calendar. Let’s GO!

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be 45 min max of exercise.

    I have been in a real excerise slump, and haven’t be able to find motivation to do workouts, and your calendar this month has really helped me get back into groove. Just curious, I know you don’t post your personal workouts anymore publicly, but do you follow your workout calendar, like us pleebs

    Cassey my goal this year is to try to do a pilates workout every week day morning to try to build more muscle 🥹 I’m actually shaking as I write this bc I just did one of your workouts today 😂 I actually surprised myself this year – I always had a goal every year since I was 12 to lose weight. I’m 30 now and this year was the first year that wasn’t one of my goals. I realized how unsatisfied I was in who I was created to be. I was never born as one of those skinny queens I grew up admiring as a young asian teen. I’m healthy and am in no way overweight but because I wasn’t “TV skinny” I always tried to change that. This year I decided I’m not going to try to fit a mold but celebrate the differences that make me unique and me. Anyways, so my goal this year is not to become “skinny” but to build more muscle because when my goal was to get skinny I didn’t actually prioritize my health sadly 🥲 Anyways, just wanted to thank you for your commitment and bettering my life and health since I followed you from 2010! I really appreciate you 🥹💖
