    After giving birth to my first child I felt the irge to get fit again. I started out with the regress gymnastics at my midwife’s complemented by yoga and swimming. Nevertheless, during the video I recognized how much I still have to do to become fit again. What a burn!

    So I have just started this today! It was pretty difficult for me, although I only had a baby a couple of months ago so my muscles aren’t what they used to be. I feel really good afterwards! I’m going to push and push myself to keep going and try and finish the 28 days.

    I used to do Blogilates workouts when I started college in 2012. I ended up getting really invested in my fitness and health and I was really consistent for years! For the last year or two though, no matter what I did, I couldn’t motivate myself to start again – especially given that I work a physical job on my feet all day.

    So glad I remembered this wonderful place exists.

    ps – for those tiny leg circles, does anyone else BURN in their lower legs instead of thighs?? I got a little tired in the glutes but for real my lower legs were on fire and I had to take breaks.

    I did this workout yesterday and really enjoyed it 😀 I love your positivity and your smile 🙂 the only thing is that I woke up today with my glutes and obliques sore which is expected of course but man was it hard to sit on the toilet. And when I lifted my coffee mug for a drink, my obliques were screaming at me haha! Please keep up your amazing work <3

    I just can’t get through this workout. It just hurts so much I wanna cry, my legs feel like rock after the mini circles making the next moves impossible. And I won’t even mention the arms series. I’m very frustrated.

      Same. Tried it this afternoon and couldn’t make it past the 3rd move. I think I’m going to 1st watch the entire video to get the moves down and do some warmup stretches then try again this evening when I’m more prepared.

      OMGosh. Bruna, I began to worried that I was alone in my experience! I also couldn’t get past the mini circles!! I absolutely LOVE Cassey, but she does the circles (and all the moves) so effortlessly, fast, and for so long, I can’t seem to keep up. 😕 Only halfway through those circles, and my legs and hips were already too heavy for the next move. And this is just Day 1! 😣 Maybe I need a really, REALLY beginners workout. I’m going to keep trying though.

    I just restarted the beginners workout calendar today (I had started it at the beginning of October, but was thrown off by Homecoming weekend so I thought I’d just pick it back up from the beginning) and I was actually able to do all of the moves, start to finish! I got about half way through the calendar the first time, and I felt like I wasn’t actually getting stronger–I couldn’t do all the moves of a lot of the workouts and it was discouraging, but I was able to do everything in this one the second time around. Just a really nice feeling to be able to focus on my form AND get all the moves done!

    I gave birth 5 months ago and still need to loose 4 kg. So i decided to do some workouts. I follow your fb while i was pregnant but didnt do any workout than. So now i have given birth i wanted to try your videos. I started with the October calender but that was hard!!! Than I saw this beginners calender. Next morning I tried the first video and that one was hard to!! Especially the exercise with the legs.
    My whole body is sore and today I need to do the abs workout video. Wish me luck!!

    I gained weight recently so I started working out randomly till I downloaded the calendar and did this workout. To be honest I cried during this exercise because I wasn’t able to do some moves, but after I finished I felt really good and now I’m even more excited to continue ! Just wanted to let you guys know that you’ll get through this no matter how bad it felt to not be in shape.

    So I’m doing this work out again just because I want to get into the routine of working out. I decided to wake up at 6 a.m. so I can work out and I ended up working getting up but, I felt so sluggish but at the end of this work out I felt energized which is great for me because I’ve been hitting snooze on my alarm to exercise for the past week or so and today is the first day that I actually got up to workout now it took me longer than I wanted because I didn’t actually start working out until like 6:48 because I was so sluggish but, this is a mini victory for me.

    Ugh. I’m pregnant and had to quit my hot yoga habit, so now that the nausea has gotten a bit better, figured I’d try this – used to do the workout calendar, but this is lower intensity. Things I can’t do: lie on my back, do crunches. And this video starts with something I can’t do, moves on to something I can’t do, and then goes to something else I can’t do 🙁 I guess I’ll get back to pop pilates after the baby arrives.
