WORKOUT DETAILS

Hey guys!

If you’ve been working out with me for a while, you must be pretty strong. Maybe so strong that you’re craving something more INTENSE. Something that challenges you the same way you felt the first day you tried POP Pilates. Well guys…I know how you feel. That’s why over the past year, I’ve developed a new program for those of us who are ready to take it to the next level. I wanted to combine the strength training benefits of Pilates along with the heart pumping, fat burning effects of HIIT. So…I present to you: PIIT. Pilates Intense Interval Training!

Since it’s reveal on YouTube, you guys have been soooo on board! (It’s always scary imagining what your reactions could be! But thank goodness you like it, because more coming your way!)

It goes like this. I pick 7 moves and you do them for 45 sec, and rest for 15 sec in between. Then you do it 4x through, giving you a workout that is just under 30 min. Check it out:

Above is the Lean & Toned Arms PIIT video (ugh every time I say that I want to say “armpit”!). SO SO GOOD! Give it a try!    And this is the Booty Pop PIIT video that will burn your lower body, build your bum, and make you sweat like cray. If for any reason, you don’t have wifi, then you can write the moves down and simply do them with the Timer ($1.99 in-app purchase) in the Blogilates Official App (free download). Set up your timer like so:IMG_8321Then type in all of the move names so that they can pop up and remind what to do as you work out! Super simple. I use this literally every day except for my rest days 🙂 What do you think of PIIT? Is it too crazy? Or is it just the right amount of push?

OMG I am so fancy about strong arms ! Love that muscles XD Cassey, I have a question. Can I replace almond milk in your recipes by “classic” milk? Near me there is no shop with almond milk and I haven’t time to do it yourself.

YESSS! I was thinking the same thing!

  19. Juli says:

This is great. I have been doing your cardio videos where you have the 7 different moves for 45 sec. and repeat 4 times. I’ve definitely been looking for another challenge in other areas. I’ve even been having my kids do your cardio videos with me. You are much more motivating for them than I am!

  20. Fitnessini says:

This is intensive like running, I guess it is a good non-impact training after the running fay schedule.

  21. Melanie Ong says:

I did this and I WAS ALL SWEATY! WAHOO! SO SATISFYING!

  22. Kassandra says:

I wish Cassey came into my life YEARS AGO! I feel like there is so much I am behind on ,and I just want to do it all at the same time! She makes it look fun, girly, simple, and flexible (for your schedule) <3 I love it 🙂

  23. Sara Ribeiro says:

    Sensational.

I do HIIT, know the benefit of interval training. That way you can be sure I’ll do PIIT too.

  24. Samantha says:

I can personally only do PIIT/HIIT 4X through if it’s a day that I wash my hair (sun, tues, thurs for me) because I sweat like crazy lol, which I love, but it’s not good to wash your hair every day so yeah, every other day! I love the series!!!! I’m wondering how you’ll work it into the calendar for February!

    1. Samantha says:

I hope you continue to make videos for these too, not just printsables for the timer. All your motivation in these video works WONDERS!

      1. Wendy says:

I agree with that, the video’s make me wanna push myself farther than I wwould/could with just a timer.
Love these video’s though… intense and I can fit them easily in my daily schedule of working, eating, caring for my animals because the video’s are short and intense!
