AHHHH HAPPY OCTOBER!!! IT IS OFFICIALLY WEDDING WEEK AND WEDDING MONTH!!!!

Everything is truly coming together. I am having such a fun time planning this, that I don’t even know what I will do with my life afterwards! I finished most of the calligraphy, but still need to do the welcome sign and the seating chart. Right now it is all about the details. Maybe the things no one will notice, but the things that will make the experience whole. Oh gosh I am so excited for all of our friends and family to see what we have planned for them!!!

    Hey everyone and Cassey! I’ve been doing the Oct calendar and really enjoying it! I have a question though, does anyone do cardio in addition to these videos? Cassey would you recommend adding cardio with your videos? I have about 30 pounds to lose and I’m feeling really discouraged. I’m eating generally healthy, with some treats here and there and doing these workouts, but see no progress…

    Cassey I love you and your workout routines. I have just noticed there have been a lot of repeat videos on the calendar. For those of us that do it every day of every week, it would be really cool if maybe you could incorporate more variety and mix in some older videos! I know you do sometimes. I love you and your workouts!

    You can go as Wizard of Oz…..You as Dorothy, Sam as whomever, and Sir George as Toto. Or a Game of Thrones theme and Sir George can go as a dragon….You and Sam can be Gru and Lucy from Despicable ME and Sir George can be a minion. The Three Musketeers….Peter Pan…..

    It’s been a long time since I’ve done a calendar or even worked out. I loved Pitt but now I need to ease myself back into a postpartum routine and try to exercise with baby. Excited to give this calendar a go and so excited for your wedding. You will make a beautiful bride. Enjoy! X

    Hey Cassey,
    I love your calanders but lately I’ve noticed you never switch up the days anymore. Why is that?
    Friday has always been restday but the other days used to get switched around and I really felt that it made the calander a bit more challenging and well… fun. Or maybe it is time for me to make my own calanders :D
