HAPPY MARCH! This month I made some revisions based on what you guys suggested in the comments! So now, you’ve got a faster load on the digital calendar, a colorful printable calendar, and muscle group themes added back on every day of the week!

Thank you for always giving me feedback! It’s so important as I continue to make changes to make Blogilates a better experience for all of you guys! So please, never hesitate to give me constructive criticism. It only helps!

    Hi Cassey! Can you please put up the playlists for both Sundays and Mondays workouts on Sunday and leave them both up until Tuesday? I don’t like to work my butt the day after legs so I want to switch butt and arm days, but I’d like to be able to access the playlists on the opposite day. I was using the app calendar previously, but it’s been an annoyance to use ever since the expansion screen option went away. I prefer watching my videos on landscape mode so I can get the largest screen possible and use my iPad stand to hold it up. :) There must be other blogifans with the same concern as me. Thank you!!!!

    Hey Cassey! My name’s Sheholi and I’m from India. I really am grateful for your work! You’re the best motivator around! Ever since I’ve started working out with you I can feel I have more energy and I have become a more fit person than before. But I really want to ask you a few things about losing weight. The workouts which increase muscle tone, do they help reduce the fat layer above? I have a pear-shaped body and it’s because of you I have literally come into terms with it and have started accepting and appreciating my body type. But I have stubborn fat in my hip and thigh regions. I really want to get rid of that. Not only because of looking better but because unwanted fat in these areas(rather in any body part) has detrimental effects on health. I would love it if you could tell me certain tips or which of your videos I should be doing more! Much love 😊❤

    Hey cassey, I’m a 14 year old girl and I was just wondering are these calendars alright for teenagers to do? because I loooovveeee your videos on YouTube, but I only do them like 3-4 times a week I have like a break every couple of days, but doing them everyday okay for us?

    Hi Cassey, I’m living in Mayotte, in the Mozambic Channel. There is not a lot a infrastructures to make sport. So, to remain fit, I started working with your calendars. And, I’m so proud about the results!! Thank u very much for all you do and you make it with passion!!
    But, I have a big problem to access to clickable version of the monthly calendar since you update the website. I can not log in anymore. So, i try to have a new password. But, it doesn’t work. I don’t receive the mail to change my password.
    So, I’m very sad!! I can do only the beginner’s calendar.
    Please, what is the solution?

      if you go on the blogilates youtube channel, everyday there is a playlist of that day’s calendar workouts! for example, today, if you click on blogilates, then click on “playlists”, there will be a playlist called something like “march 26th- glutes”, and it shows all 5 videos for that day!
      so just go on the channel each day and let the playlist for the day run through!

    Hey, I am a teenager who is dealing with a lot of body image problems. I love your workouts but theyre a bit intense and I don’t have time do them all in between school and homework. I was hoping you could make a 5 – 10-minute workout to do daily for teens/kids that helps with getting a flat stomach and better legs. xoxo your such a great inspiration

      Hey! I know how that feels too…I love her section on youtube that has a bunch of 6 minute burns, and the song challenges are great. Hope that helps!

    I’m loving the March calendar so far! But not loving the app update. The arrow that lets you expand the screen got moved to the top of the screen and now hides under another button. The way I hack this is by going farther into the video and waiting for the photo to disappear. Then it shows the expand arrow underneath so you can watch it full screen. It’s annoying, but I can get past it. Would love to see a new update with the arrow moved back to its original place!

    Hi, I saw your video on you tube with smiley faces so decided to have a look, as been trying to get inspired to actually make a proper go at doing exercise that will stick to and be happy to do. Liked your video so clicked on next video and by time you got through intro I was on my kitchen floor while cooking dinner doing an abs workout with you!!!!…….. This is unheard of , even my husband who been asking me for years to make effort to get my flat stomach back after 5 boys was in absolute surprise to see me following along with you. I then read some comments and people mentioned about your calender so out of curiosity did search and found your site straight away. For first real time i am actually looking forward to and cant wait to do more. Thanks for being bubbly , fun, honest, with this website available and all your videos, I will definitely be sharing this with my sister. Love xx

    Hey Cassey, I’ve been loving your calendar each month and the new one with each muscle group is great too! If only we could have a rest day, it’s really tiring to workout 7 days a week..

      She used to. I say give yourself a rest day if you want it or need it. :) Cassey also says that you have to listen to your body.

      Hey girl she has a rest day included in the calendar. It’s friday and usually she just takes you thru some light stretching routines.

    Hey Guys, I’ve been wondering whether y’all really complete each and every single one of the four to five videos on a day to day basis? Sometimes I don’t have the time or strength to do so, but I’m not sure whether it’s still gonna be as effective.

      I don’t complete every single video on some days. I am a full-time caregiver, and I also have a full-time job. It’s just impossible. However, what I do is I complete what I can. I’ll either wake up earlier and do a video. Then, I might do another video during a commercial break. I’ll do video #3 when I finally get to the gym, and videos 4 and 5 at home.
      So far, my abs have definitely toned up. I finally have the ‘side lines’ and I’ve never had toned abs. The rest of my body is getting pretty strong too! (especially my arms).
      If you don’t have time to complete all of the videos, you could break them up throughout the day, or try doing the song challenges for the part of the day. That way, you still work the same muscle group, but it takes up less time.

      It depends how fit you are and your metabolism. I started with 2-3 videos and now sometimes I do 4. I’m losing weight and getting stronger. I just can’t stand feeling sick and nauseous for an entire day when I overdo it.

    I wish rest day was on the weekend! I wake up early during the week for classes anyways so makes sense to keep going on friday and give myself the day to relax on saturday or sunday.. I also wish there wasn’t a “cardio” day as I do 30 minutes of my own cardio in addition to the blogilates videos, works well with arm days, leg days, abs days, butt days, etc… but feels weird doing 30 minutes of cardio to just do another 28 mins of blogilates cardio after that.. anyone else do this?

      I think this should just be used as a general guideline and you totally should adapt it to your needs! If you would be better suited to rest day on the weekend, shift things around some to get that! Maybe drop the extra cardio if you’re already doing it? I’m sure there could be a new video or even some rest that could go there instead.

    Linkable pdf please :( I get that you want people to use the website you worked so hard on, but it’s just so much more convenient to have them all as separate files…

      Yes Cassey please bring back the linked PDF! Its so much easier, there’s less steps to get to the workouts so I can just jump into the routines. I appreciate that you spent so much time on the new site but I miss the linked PDFs.

    Like other popsters, I’ve been following you for years and love your workouts and philosophy! But, I am also having issues with the digital calendar. Each time I click the link to it, it asks me to sign in again. And when I do, it brings me back to the same link that leads to the login page. This happened last month too. I’m hoping this gets worked out soon! The linkable PDFs save a lot of time and fuss. More time to workout!

    Hello Cassey! Greetings from Germany.I´m in love with your Workout-Calendars and always looking forwart to them each month, but since you changed your website its not working anymore, problems with the log in, and the link to access the clickable digital workout calendar isn´t working at all. The design of the hompage ist nice , but i liked it the way it was when it was still working -.- hope all problems will be solved soon. Keep going, love you. Angie

    Hi Cassie, I REALLY, REALLY don’t like the new calendars at all. It’s just so hard to find and place every video into a queue now, which is just killing my motivation to keep going like I’ve always done, especially coming home from work everyday. Please fix this I beg you! :(((

    Are we supposed to do all the list of each day or just choose one of them? And there’s no rest day? I like to workouts 5 days out of 7 otherwise I tend to give up because it feels too much. Thank you for your videos Cassey I enjoy them so much xx

    It would be absolutely great to have the link-able and download-able PDF calendar again. It’s just super convenient to simply have it on my desktop and start your videos right away.

    Today was hard. I didn’t know I was that out of shape. I had to keep taking breaks. This is a good thing though! Means I’m working hard. I am new to Blogilates but I wish there was a stretch at the end of todays video to help target what we just worked. Yes I can stretch on my own but I really like classes and I’d like to continue following you through some stretches that are perfect to do after a hard leg workout.

    Hi Cassey! I absolutely LOVE your workout videos and calendars. It really helps me set a routine But, I have two request.
    1. I live in a time zone that is almost 13 hrours ahead of your time so, my month starts earlier. Could you please post the new month’s calendars a little bit more in advance?
    2. Could you please also provide the link-able PDFs like before? That would be really great. Thank you so much! ^_^

    Hello Cassey! I have been following you “silently” since your very first steps on YouTube! It was the first time that I came across videos like those and attracted my attention! As weird as it may sound I always chose various of your workouts without following the monthly calendar. I started doing so last February and ever since I stick to the plan. The change in my body makes me be so appreciative of all your effort! I can only say how grateful I am! Many people show their appreciation. However I cannot accept how they demand from you to fulfill each and every wish of theirs in a way which to my ears sounds a little bit disrespectful. By this I refer to the changes on your calendars. I also think that the previous ones were more intriguing, I believe though that you have the right to experiment on different things, and this is so reasonable while trying to get better and better! Keep motivating us! You are a REAL instructor! Love from Greece! :)

    I miss the old clickable calendar, it was way easier to see the videos from my tv, now I need to look for each video in my cellphone before be able to see it on my tv (I do it in my living room with my mom). To use the new system of clickable calendar that you created I need to use my notebook, and no I don’t want it.
    It’s a shame to change what is perfect! But, yeah I’ll continue to do your workouts, because they’re awesome!

    Hey Cassie! Really appreciate the effort and work that you put into helping people better their lives. My sister introduced us to blogilates a year or so ago and we have been following the monthly calendars. I am, however, disappointed in the artistic changes to the monthly workout calendars. Part of the fun was looking forward to the crazy new design each month! And because I work out in the morning, its frustrating that the new calendar isn’t up on the site or emailed until later in the day on the 1st of each month, and that the new videos aren’t on the playlist until later in the day each Monday. Just a couple little things I hope you consider and thank you for always being so positive and encouraging <3

  • I miss the pdf clickable calendar! It’s a pain to log in every time. I did the workouts way more often when I could just save the calendar to my desktop and open it from there.

    Hi Cassey I do not have any type of social media what so ever and I never have(my choice) so I can’t leave comment on insta but my fav logo was the middle one on bottom with Sam on the top. Also… I just got engaged one week ago!!!! Got my ring back lastnight from being sized I have not told a single person yet and idk how to I’m very nervous, if anyone has any suggestions how I can tell both set of my parents I’d appreciate it I’m sooo nervous to tell them but I’m so happy it’s been 5years and 3months being together.so maybe you can do a wedding month to get dress ready so I can get in extra shape for my wedding. So happy for the March calendar!! xoxo

    Hey Cassey! I’ve been following your workout calendars for over 3 years now. It would be great if you could change up the days on which we’re working our body parts every month. If I remember correctly it’s been the same since September or October last year. The same pattern doesn’t shock the body anymore and it gets too monotonous. Also, I would really like if you added more of your old workouts to the calendar because they are so intense compared to your new ones. I just wish you would give your monthly calendars a bit more love, that’s all. Thanks for always inspiring!

I’ve found a nice routine of two days working out between 45mn to one hour, I’m trying to get to 3 days working out. Well, THANK YOU! I love it, I love your blog and how you motivate me through your videos. You are a true person that is passionate about what you’re doing, that’s very inspiring. You know how to react when you face difficulties. I know you had some issues with the brand new digital monthly calendar, but today, I truly saw how quicker it was.     Hi Cassey. Thanks so much for thinking of us and comprising between new and old. I still think the old calendar designs were more fun and creative, although my friends say they are too busy (they are wrong). Maybe for next years you can go back to the crazy designs, I know for this year thats not gonna happen since you/blogifam already designed the printables. I’ve been doing bad on the workout train, printing out the calendars helps me stay motivated. Keep up the great work on the new videos! They are insane :D

      Hi! For advanced people, it is suggested you do all the workouts but since you are a beginner, I would recommend starting on the beginner calendar to get used to the routine, then transitioning into a few of the calendar videos a day

    I got the clickable March calendar, but can’t leave comments there. I am disappointed that the videos don’t open in YouTube. I usually put all the videos on my queue then stream them to my tv and work out. If you can tell me if there is a way to do that I’d appreciate it. I was excited about the March calendar until I opened it.

    Hi, I love the feature where you can check off your completed workouts, and it was working fine. But now with the new update, it does not store those I have finished. I would really appreciate if you could fix it.
    Thanks for all the effort you make with Blogilates and creating these calendars, they have helped me a lot.

      Yes I also find that the video’s I have ticked as done, don’t save/ store the next day when I log in. I didn’t have this problem last month.

    Love it, appreciate the upgrades. Thank you!!! Side note – this April will mark my 3rd full year of following your calendars consistently and religiously. Can’t imagine following any other workout program! I did a couple videos recently with my boyfriend who works out just about every day and has pretty big muscles – he literally could not finish them. It was awesome!! Thanks for all you to help get our bodies and minds strong, healthy and happy. <3
