Hey guys!!

OMG it is the last month of the year! 2014 is almost over!? This is not happening. Is it happening? OMG it’s happening.

Well then, happy December POPsters! It’s the last 31 days of the year to MAKE A DIFFERENCE! If you’ve been kinda sorta doing the workouts and kinda sorta following the calendar, take a moment and ask yourself to commit. Let’s get it done. Because on New Year’s Eve I want all of us to upload pics of ourselves in our NYE dresses looking hot, confident, and SPARKLY!!! (Yes the sparkle is a must.)

Also, because the holidays are here, it’s time for #POPsterPresents! It’s 4 weeks of prezzies for you guys. And it’s gonna be goooooddddd. Every week it’s something new and it’s something big. Watch to see how to win the first giveaway.

It’s Beats headphones and a Fitbit Charge! OMG you will love these so much because I certainly do! Also, don’t just enter the contest, do your new Monday video too :) It’s 6 min to Sexy Abs and it’s HARD! I know you like hard so I really brought it.

Okay, you ready to bring it home? 31 days. Print the calendar. Follow the workouts. I promise you will have fun and you will look and feel soooo good on Dec 31st when we ring in 2015.

Love,

Cassey

PS: Been working on a really awesome update for the Blogilates App so make sure you have it downloaded! It’s free! :) It should be available in the next week or 2!

Thanks Casey, these videos are awesome. Going to try my best to stick to the calendar. This is a great work out for busy moms. Easy to follow videos and so well explained. I really enjoy the exercises and they really help strengthen lower back, therefore it helps with lower back pain.

    You are awesome.

  • Hopeful says:

I’m like 300 pounds and trying to get up the nerve to start this again. Former Popster with life gone to shambles so I fell off every bandwagon I was on.

  • Mahboob says:

    Hi.
    I live in isfahan
Thank you very much for perfect and great program

  • Patricia says:

I think the beginners calendar is to be used about once or twice, maybe three times max. Usually, once you finish the beginners, you can adjust and move onto the regularly updated calendars… The beginners calendar is aimed for beginners or whoever chooses to use it as a guide. After, you should be comfortable with challenging yourself with the newly updated calendars!:)

  • Betty says:

    Hey Cassey!
I have just bought the beginner’s package on the app (I use Android), but whenever I try to load any of the videos I get an INTERNAL_ERROR message. I could not find a way to let anyone know in-app, but would it be possible to get it fixed?
    Thanks!

  • Raquel says:

Hi Cassie, I wanted to ask…what can you eat before you start working out every morning? I have seen that people just have a cup of water and start working out but I have also heard that not eating is not healthy either. So, what do i do?

  • it'sallaboutlondon says:

I’ll be your WO buddy! Need some motivation too!

  • SK says:

I just want to know if it’s better to pay $$ for her PIIT-28 programs or is it more beneficial to follow her free calendar? I’m just trying to understand! :)

  • tickleflicker says:

I’m on my 6th day and it’s only getting worse ;( I know I’m not in shape but 1st day was ok – 2 small breaks and I managed to to everything with good posture. Now every day I feel like my body gets tired faster and doesn’t let me finish due to soreness. I plan to push through, but it is a bit discouraging. My body isn’t used to exercise and it seems to be rebelling :P Does it get better? Need hope! :D
P.S. 6th day also happens to be my when my period started so maybe it’s just this + PMS in the last couple of days?

  • Grace says:

Hey Guys, I’m new here. I really like this community. Can anyone help me, where can I found the workout each day? Cause I remember when I just seeing this blog, few month back, there is a link to all of the workout that we have to do for that day.

Is it no longer available? if not, where can I find those videos?

Also I remember few month ago there is a website, my.blogilates.com if I’m not mistaken, what happen to the website?

Thank you. I really appreciate your help! :)

    Cheers,
    Grace

    • Leah says:

Sorry nobody replied sooner! No I don’t believe there is a link anymore, but here is how: go to youtube.com and search exactly what it says. That is the name of the video you should do. She may have shortened it up a bit on the calendar.

  • Kressin says:

    Hey Cassie!

On my computer I’m trying to use the week and day where you can press on it and there are all your videos to do for the day, but it isn’t there. I was just wondering if that is a glitch with my computer or with the website or if it just isn’t on here. Please let me know! Thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into the videos you make! I really appreciate it! Thanks again!! :)

    • Kressin says:

Sorry I spelled your name wrong Cassey!

      • Sara says:

        I have the same issue

        • daynepoo says:

If you go to her YouTube channel she makes daily playlists. Just go to the playlist section and they’re all there! Just choose which calendar day you’re wanting to work on!

  • Jo Smoot says:

I have to say that I am excited to do this. I missed this calendar but I plan on doing this for the new tear. I am 18, 5 foot 5 inches and weigh about 204 lbs now.. Not the best time of my life. But I want to change this. I want to be a better, fitter, Healthier me. Everyone here seemed so nice so i thought this is a good supportive place to be. I have been doing some of the Youtube workout for the last 3 days, Man beginners or not I am definitely not in shape.
I am glad to start this and i plan to stick to it! I even got a yoga mat :)
Thanks for everyone being super nice and supportive! And thanks Cassie for being a great instructor!

    • Queeno says:

Hey, that really is great that your trying to get healthy and i truly believe Cassey’s work outs can transform a persons body. But just remember only you can transform your mindset enough to keep you motivated even with the support of all the other popsters. Lastly, my word of advice to you is to not be discouraged while doing the calendar workouts because im the same height as you, 15, 150lbs and semi-athletic, but i don’t think i’ve ever done more than 4 calendar days in a row. So, try and look at it this way not everybody needs or can or has time to work out every single day to lose weight, especially when your just starting out. My advice is to find your own rhythm, everyone is different, maybe your an every other day person or a three days at a time person with a break in between or maybe you are an everyday person. It’s whatever works best for you, so GO FOR IT!!!! and remember some times you gotta walk before you Pop :D

  • Catia Ferreira says:

    Hi cassey,
What I love about the winter is that sharp coldness that makes you feel alive and when it snows I feel like a kid with no care in the world. Then I go inside and it’s so toasty, I wrap up warm and watch movies with the man that I’m blessed to have in my life.

Thank you for your programme. I found your really motivating even though your ordering me from the telly lol. I hope you had a great Christmas and you’ll have a happy new year :)

  • Autumn says:

Hi I’m 17 and I’m 5’1 and weigh 115 pounds i know that isn’t exactly huge but I’m not toned at all like i have cellulite on the back of my legs and my arms and belly aren’t tight. I want to drop 15 pounds and put 5 punds back on in muscle. Can any one tell me the best way to do so?

  • Samantha says:

I started working at a bank this year after working as a waitress where I was always on my feet. I never had to worry about working out because I was running around with my head cut off. Now I recently moved in with my boyfriend and I have gained 10 lbs at my new job. Im really disappointed with my body (140 lbs now) and I just really want to shed excess fat and tone up but its so hard to maintain motivation. Anyone have any ideas to stay motivated, I’m going to a ball in April and want to look amazing.

  • Sara says:

Hiw can i see the exercise (videos) from the calendar?

  • Tiffany says:

Hi Guys!! Hi Cassey! So i stopped doing your workouts in August or near that time because things were so hectic! And now i want to resume working out regularly, and you used to have the days and workouts for that day up online, and you removed that. You now have a website with the videos and i can’t find it anywhere i looked, and if anyone would please tell me the website?

  • kristy says:

i love the fact that we get to spend time with family

  • Marie says:

    Hey guys! :)
I just did my first workout and I’m feeling so proud that I pushe through!
But I have to admit that sometimes I had to take a break because my muscles were shaking.. could anyone give me a tip how to prevent that?
Thanks to all of you! Your comments are such a great inspiration! :)

    • Tiffany says:

The only way to prevent that from happening is to continue practicing I think. I had the same problem before, but the more I practiced, the less I shaked, or the longer time it took for my muscles to shake. I hope I’m right, but this is from my own experience. ^-^

      • Niki says:

Absolutely, I agree! The workouts don’t get easier, you just get better. Keep putting in the work and you will find yourself getting stronger in no time. :)

      • Sarah says:

        I have two tips:
Stretch very well before and after your workout and squeeze your muscles during the workout. Squeezing your muscles will help you by getting a better workout and your muscles might shake less.Just trying to help. :) who else is pumped for the the new year?!?

  • Tiffany says:

    Hey ! ^-^

I’m totally new here and I have some wonders ! From March to June, I worked out a lot beside jujutsu and tried a diet on my own, because I following recipes is hard for me since my parents make food. Anyway, I lost 5 kg -yeay- but didn’t see any changes on my body. :o I’m not big, but I have some fat I want to burn. Now, I could not work-out since september because I’m sooo busy with school, and I went up 3 kg hehe. ;o; Anyway, enough of my story, will this help be get back to track and really see changes on my body ? I measure my legs, arms and so, of course, because it’s hard to SEE the changes I’ve heard, but there’s no difference. (which is why I found you :D)

(+) I am pole dancing once a week too !

So yeah, does this work ? ^-^ I really want a thinner/slimmer (?) body, and muuuch less fat ! I should also mention that during christmas, diet is hard to keep up with. D:

    • Sarah says:

Try to retrain your taste buds by eating healthy foods high in fiber and vitamins, so that when you look at junk food, you wil walk right by it because your taste buds now like healthy food. Also do lots of interval workouts and cardio. Hoped this helped. The secret of burning fat is eating less calories, and burning more. I promise you will lose fat if you keep at it! The new year will motivate you for sure! :)

  • Jolynn says:

Hey guys, super basic question, but I am a total newbie and starting today for the first time. Do I do all the workouts on the list in the calendar or do I choose ones from the list?

    • Jaskirat says:

I have the same question im so confused!

    • Cassie says:

Try doing all of the workouts from the list, but if you think your pushing to hard take a break.

    • Priyanka says:

      Even i started yesterday :D
The workout time totals up to around 1 hour which is sufficient for a daily workout. I worked out around 45 minutes yesterday. If you get exhausted take a break of few minutes and continue or you could try doing half of them in the morning and half in the evening…hope it helps!

      • Queeno says:

Yeah i tried that i just would forget or be too lazy to do the second half

    • ALe says:

The purpose of the calender is to have something to following meaning it is a way to make it easier.

  • Jemma says:

This may seem dumb but can someone help me out here…
    What is Chanukah?
    Thanks popsters
    xx

  • Olivia says:

Every Sunday it says “strengthen and lengthen” , what does that mean!!!!

    • Jemma says:

Strengthen and lengthen is on the Blogilates app
      xx

    • Eva says:

I was wondering myself until today. You can find the video in the blogilates app. It’s this month’s exclusive in-app video. You’ll find it below the calendar if you scroll down. :)

  • Teja says:

Hey Guys! love Blogilates because I use to 100 pounds over the weight I’m supposed to be but now I’m really close to my goal weight! Thanks Cassey

  • Yolaine says:

Dear Cassey, i love the training programs and site but i live in China and there Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and even Google are censored so i need to use a VPN but it is very slow and often stops the routine right at the beginning or in the middle of it, any way to access these awesome videos or other channels? Thank you so much for your help, love, Youlan.

    • Sarah says:

I know im not cassie and I am so sorry I cannot help you with your problem but if you search on the internet blogilates cardio workouts, a picture of a list of workouts will pop up so you could do that. I hope you fix your problem! :)

      • Yolaine says:

        Dear Sarah,
thanks for your answer, unfortunately the workout videos are hosted on YouTube, so it does not help… thanks anyway and kind regards!

  • Carmen says:

    Hey Guys! ;)
I love Blogilates cause it helps so many people to reach there dreams (not only (but mostly) bodytransformations) and that gaves this blog such a kindly spirit of hope.
Now I really, really need your help to reach my dream: I want to make an exchange year to Ireland and applyed with a video about friendship for an stipend. To get stipend the video must have 1000 “votes”, so please vote for me and share it with your friends (even if you don’t understand anything – it’s in german). Here you can find the video: https://www.facebook.com/efhighschoolyeardeutschland/app_738249492879674 or at facebook search EF und Langenscheidt -> Stipendien

Thanks a lot and a merry, white Christmas, Carmen B.

Sorry for the faulty english, i will work on it ;).
And a second wonderful reason for Blogilates is that you can do it everywhere, also in Ireland :D

I love everything about winter when you see your whole family and your second cousin tries to hit on you and you see your great aunt and uncle you didn’t know you had it is hilarious when you try to act like you know who they are I also love watching the polar express it is my family’s one Christmas tradition and every time a watch it I cry and I am not afraid to admit it and right before the hot chocolate scene I have to have hot chocolate so I feel like I am on the train. I also love the fashion the cozy sweaters and boots are my fave. My birthday is also in winter so yeah that’s a reason to love winter and have a Yolo party. Plus Valentine’s day is in winter I don’t like it for the love I love it because me and all my friends get together in black and have an anti Valentine’s day party cause you don’t need a guy to have fun you just need to know that you are awesome just the way you are. I also get to mix up my work outs to which is fun and different
Plus there is Christmas in winter and that is like my Yolo meal cause the meal never really stops you eat all day it’s the one day a year I get to eat my grandma’s home made food and it is so good and I love it. I’m also a sucker for a good snowball fight and you know you haven’t had one since you were a kid and they are so much fun even if you do get really cold. I also love wearing summer colors in winter I wear bright pink and neon green and summer white pants that’s right I am a fashion rebel come and get me fashion police. #I love winter soon much and you Cassey you have changed my life

  • Sarah Wishon says:

Color me confused…were we supposed to comment underneath the YouTube video or this official site for last weeks challenge?

  • samantha Zimmerman says:

I love that I get to mix up my work outs in my home gym instead of going outside to run and you get to shovel snow which is a good way to get exercise I also love spending time with my family and eating all the things that are bad for me but Christmas eve is my Yolo meal and the meal never stops so that’s why a day can be considered a meal I also love that my birthday is in winter a good excuse to party and I am not afraid to admit that I love playing in the snow like I’m five your never to old for a good snow ball fight I mean come on you know you want to Yolo I also love Valentine’s day me and my friends get together and have a non love party and you have to wear the opposite of pink and red which is black and I think winter is the most wonderful time of the year but sing that part

  • samantha Zimmerman says:

  • Jasmine Pasillas says:

My favorite thing about winter is that Im off from school to finally accomplish things Ive been wanting to do all semester long!

  • Yami says:

My favorite thing about winter is… EVERYTHING! That cozy feeling when you’re sitting on your porch sipping hot cocoa while watching the snow fall slowly until it covers everything. Those awkward family reunions where there’s always the “unknown” family member that hasn’t seen you since you were a baby. The Christmas music playing inside the stores, they sound so sad yet so cheery! But the thing I love most about winter is the reminder than another year has passed and you’re alive, you’re grateful for spending another year full of happiness, surprises, some “OMG” moments, maybe sad moments… moments that made us grow and mature a bit more. And I think to myself “Next year will be better!”. And it always is :)

    XOXO

    Yami

  • Leticia says:

My favorite thing about Christmas is spending with family that you haven’t seen in a while. I also like wearing sweaters and boots, love it.

  • Jackie GC says:

Hi, I am really into health and fitness and love to try new programs but am just concerned about a few things. I LOVE the workouts they’re challenging but fun and i love you of course. but I have always been taught that training abs every day or when they are sore is a nono because it doesn’t give the muscle time to heal. I am SOOOO SORE which I like but I am not sure I should be training abs through their soreness. Please let me know as I love to hear expertise from professionals all over. :)

    • Julia says:

      Hi Jackie,
Usually it should be fine if you train your abs even when they are sore. But if you feel like something really hurts, it’s better to take a break.
Cassey’s workouts are very intense and it is normal to be sore.

You could do ‘lighter’ forms of exercise when you are sore, like walking, light cardio or yoga, and continue with Cassey’s workouts when the soreness is gone.

If you are interested in yoga, you are very welcome to my blog http://www.yogaworkoutcalendar.com .
You can follow my yoga calendar, it’s free and for beginners to yoga :)

  • Demi says:

I know this is probably a stupid question but how do we do the calender? Do we do every workout listed and then check it off? (I’m a little bit of a newbie to the calender :p)

    • Briana says:

You complete all the workouts listed on the calender for that day 1 time. Once all videos for the day are completed you are done (for the day that is) :) For example, today was stretching day and there are two videos listed; complete both of them and then check it off.

  • Mariana says:

My favorite thing about winter is that I live in a tropical country, so we et sunny skies combined with fresh winter wind from up north. It’s the perfect weather. Also, I love the selection of winter themed products you can get. I’m all for gingerbread or peppermint lattes!

  • Tina says:

I love the calender. It makes me challenge myself in a way I haven’t in a long time. The only bad thing is that after day 2 my right leg started to hurt… and I’m not talking soreness… we all know and love that. No, I mean pain that doesn’t allow me to do certain movements, so I had to back out after the third work out today. I will persist though! Every day I will do as much as my leg allows and modify to make it easier on my legs (double leg lifts are extremely painful, so I modify there now.
Usually I would just give up… but Cassey motivate me in a way that I don’t want to!

  • Joanna says:

Winter makes me smile. It brings a blanket of snow that sparkles with the sun in an intense beauty. Its “snowflakes on my nose and eyelashes” and sledding as if I was 10 again, with a few snowballs for fun. It means Christmas music and decorations and family and celebration and random strangers interacting with each other simply to wish each other a “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Holidays” or “Happy Hanukkah”. It means a fresh start, along with the new year. The stars are brighter and up here in Alaska, it means the Northern lights. :)

  • Anna says:

My favorite thing about winter is the time when I can be with my familly, and I love the time with a cup full of hot chocolate when I’m watching a movies with sister or my friends <3 When it's cold outside I have more time at home to exercises (sometimes sister joins me :) ) and it's warmer :D
I love how everything looks outside when it's covered in snow and it's sparks…I fell then like a little girl bc I have a big "wow" on my face :) It's cold but beautiful season of the year :)

  • Nora says:

My favorite thing about winter is all the scarves and hats and gloves!

  • Elena says:

My favorite part about Winter is it’s finally cold enough in So Cal to wear a sweater and boots! And the Castle at Disneyland!

  • Ebby says:

Hey Guys! So, I recently lost my workout buddy (it was my husband- he started a new job and his schedule work for working out together). I am NOT good at self motivation, and I do a lot better sticking with things if I have someone to do it with me! Anyone interested? We can exchange email/phone numbers and check in with each other? Lemme know!

    • Liene from Latvia says:

I could use a workout buddy as I just switched from beginner calendar to DecemBURN:)

  • Jordyn says:

My fave thing about winter is of course the holidays! I love decorating my house, going to holiday parties, and shopping for my friends and family!

  • Ashley Elizabeth says:

My favorite thing about winter is Christmas time because I am able to spend a lot of time with my friends and family.

  • Jessica Marie says:

My favorite p art of winter is the very first snow. There is something so m ago call about seeing the first big snow flakes fall from the sky! This year it happened at 1 a.m. I woke my daughter up and we went for a walk around the block and just soaked up the moment. Not a huge fan of the cold weather but the snow makes it all worth it!

  • Christina Hourihan says:

My favorite thing about winter is playing in the snow with my parents dog whenever I go home for the weekend. :)

Being a fashion design major in Iowa, my favorite part of winter would have to be the accessories like boots, scarves, and sweaters too! I’m not a fan of the cold, but I love how beautiful the snow looks when it sparkles in the sun! Also, I love going home to visit my family over break, and I find it so much easier to run in cold weather!

  • Stephanie Eagle says:

The thing i love most about winter is snuggling under the warmest blankets, thick chunky knit blankets!! It means me time!! Time to reflect on myself and how I plan to achieve my goals! Getting more time to spend with my husband and family! :) A Fit Bit charge is on my christmas list btw!!

Are we supposed to do all these videos in a row or can we do them throughout the day? V

    • Magali says:

Hi ! In my opinion, it is better to do it in a row, that way, you can see results faster ! But if it is too difficult or if you don’t have enough time, maybe you can do 2 videos in a row then the others ? Feel free, the most important is to do it with passion and fun ^^

    • Ashley Elizabeth says:

You can do the videos in any way you want to! I usually just do them in the morning so I know that I did them and won’t have to worry about not doing them after work and being disappointed in myself. :) I hope that helped!

  • Heather says:

I love the holiday spirit, of being thankful, giving, and spending time with loved ones (if only it was around all year)! I also love when the holiday cheer is spread around. I saw someone deciding to spread holiday cheer “paying it forward” by paying for a family’s meal at a restaurant. If that isn’t wonderful, I don’t know what is!

Winter is also so pretty, everything is white and when I look through the window trees covered in snow look so cute, I feel extremly happy then, especially when I have hot chocolate and my favourite book. There’s so many great things about this time in year, Christmas, presents, New Year’s Eve, my birthday, Valentine’s Day, all this magic moments come to me in winter. Another wonderful thing is that after winter is spring and we can show our fit body, which we were training for past few months!

I love winter is because the view of things covered by snow is just sooooooooo pretty and breathtaking! Malaysia doesn’t have winter season, so I can only watch snow flakes when I’m in other countries during school holiday. I can also get a chance to wear sweater and leather jacket during winter season! Malaysia’s weather is freaking hot, but when I was in other countries, I feel like having air-conditional all day! So amaaaaazing! I can’t describe how excited when I watch the snow flakes falling from the sky, everything covered by snow, freezing even I’m at outdoor and many more!! • Amy says:

    Hi
I absolutely love winter, but here in Britain it’s so cold that it’s basically winter nearly the whole year except for the odd month. But what I really like is it’s my birthday on the 16th I turn 19 this year. I can’t wait to put on my sparkly dress and show off my legs when I go out partying. I think apart from that their are only two more things I love about winter wearing my boots because I adore ankle boots. But the most important is my little nephew who will be celebrating his second Christmas already and I can’t wait for him to see his aunty Mo Christmas decorations. She has a whole town under her Christmas tree with fake snow everything and this year he’ll be actually able to walk over to it and explore it unless he doesn’t destroy first. Well that’s all the amazing things I love about Christmas which is basically family and fashion as well as show off my legs in my party dress.

  • Vanessa says:

All time favorite thing about winter is spending time with loved ones drinking hot chocolate and sitting around watching Christmas movies. Also just enjoying the snow that falls and going ice skating with friends and family.

  • Tash says:

Winter. So many things that I love about it. The fashion especially the scarves, boots and coats. The food;who doesn’t love a delicious soup? But the best part of winter is Christmas. I love to go with the family to see all of the Christmas lights displays around the neighborhoods and to see the river of lights atthe botanical gardens.

  • Ash says:

Fab winter fashion, loving those scarves!
Eating clean and avoiding those simple carbs!
Summer stock sales and hot winter bling, these are a few of my favourite things

When its hailing, when I slack off (your calendars) when I’m feeling sad…I simply remember my favourite things and then I dont feel soooo bad!

    #itried

  • Jennifer says:

First workout since I completed the beginner’s calendar back in September! I’ve lost all my progress the following two months of slacking off but I’m determined to stick with this month and continue my blogilates journey! Day 1 definitely a toughie for me but I’m so glad I did it. :) It’s never to late.

  • Mariana Mirante says:

So, what is my favourite thing about winter?? I guess this time, being my first winter away from my country, I would say I am loving the experience of waking up to snow everyday here in Québec city! On top of this, I loved doing my workout staring outside my dorm room and seeing snow everywhere. It is just the cherry on top of the cake (that I actually only eat once a week, hihi)
Hope to have inspired you :)

My favorite thing about winter is that it brings families together. My family hates the cold, so when winter comes, we go out as little as possible. This means that we’re all together more, which creates a lot more arguments, but we get to know each other all over again, and we get to create some fun memories!

  • Gina says:

My favorite thing about winter is that I get two weeks off from school.
I always look forward to focusing on running, strength work and stretching. During the school year, I don’t spend as much time as would like on improving my running abilities; running is a sport that I feel chose me. If I go a day without running, I go crazy.
I also love spending time with family. It is one of the only times each year I see my grandparents. I love giving gifts to my family too.
Winter is a time I can just focus on who I am and who I want to become without having to deal with the stress of school.

  • Adele says:

There are two things you should know before I post my entry. First, that I’m the most indecisive person on the planet. No, seriously, just thinking about the different possibilities for my Secret Santa gift is hard for me, even though I have three suggestions (that I can manage), so it won’t be a clear-cut idea on what I love the most (especially since LOVE is such a big word). Second, that I am a “romantic” or an idealistic type of person, if that word fits better, about a lot of things, and one of those things is winter. Unlike my friends who always complain about the snow and their wet shoes and how it’s “so cold”. I will admit, I am sometimes that friend who complains about the cold (but it’s Canada—it’s understandable), but I LOVE Christmas and Wintertime and all it brings. I love prepping or Christmas time by wrapping gifts and decorating my Christmas tree with my family, I love the smell of hot chocolate in a nice mug (even though I get a bit crazy after drinking some) and I love how majestic Winter looks with all of the snow. I love hearing Christmas songs on the radio and seeing people wear Christmas sweaters and playing with snow (or simply just watching it fall from my window). And I guess that’s what I like most about Winter, the multiple feelings associated with it and the fact that no matter how old I am and where I am, the feelings remain the same.

  • Haley Pelini says:

My favorite thing about winter is being with family! One other thing is SWEATER WEATHER!

  • Molly says:

For those of you that do Blogilates, do you incorporate other/more cardio in these calendars or stick pretty much to the calendar? I’ve never really followed a calendar workout from Casey for a month, so I’m just curious. Are there results with following the calendar/eating clean without extra cardio?

    HALP. I love Casey’s energy!

    • Julia says:

      Hi Molly,
the results with following the calendar depend on you and often are difficult to compare. People’s physiques are different and so is their understanding of ‘eating clean’…

I followed the calendar for a couple of months in addition to running for at least 40 minutes three times a week and ate clean but my body did not really change. I have to add that I’m not overweight and quite fit and it has always been hard for me to lose weight. When I was doing Cassey’s workouts, I felt stronger and more self-confident, but working out for one hour a day plus running was too exhausting for me.

I focus on yoga now and it’s my favourite form of exercise so far! I practice between 20-45 minutes daily and I have a lot more energy now. My body is changing too, which is kind of a miracle :) Sometimes less is more….
I share my journey on my blog, plus a yoga calendar for beginners for those who want to start practicing yoga : http://www.yogaworkoutcalendar.com
      Have you tried yoga yet?

      xx
      Julia

  • Elisa says:

I love winter because of many reasons, here in Finland winter is a very Dark time of the year and a little depressing, specially if there is no snow! But i love winter because the contrast between outside and inside is so extreme, it is nice to go skiing and ice skating, but it’s even better to get home warm in front of the fireplace, drink some hot green tea or Glögi, eat crazy amounts of mandarines and oranges (we need to get out vitamin D from somewhere when the sun isn’t around)while watching Christmas movies with my sister or looking for presents we would like to get. Winter is the time our family spends a lot of time together because it’s way too cold and dark to be doing stuff for too long outside, so we are all in one place at the same time so we do more together like, play games, and cook or bake, make Christmas cards and that is why I love Winter.

  • Summer Holmes says:

I love winter because I get to spend time with my family and because Christmas is by far my favorite holiday! I love the Christmas spirit, and decorating for Christmas. If I could have it my way I would keep my Christmas decorations up all year round :)

  • Summer Holmes says:

My favorite thing about winter is going home to see my family! I work in retail several hours away from my family, which of course is extremely busy during the holiday season. I rarely get to see my family, so I always look forward to traveling home to spend the holidays with them!

  • Julie says:

I’m Canadian so I HAVE to love winter. But I love all the different activities. Outdoor skating rinks for sure, and last year I tried snowshoeing and cross country skiing for the first time. Looking forward to getting out there again this winter and trying something new!

It’s hard to pick just one thing I love about winter…but my favorite thing’s got to be snow. Flakes, flurries, swirls, crystals, whatever form it comes in. I’ll take it. Snow angels, and snowmen, and romantic walks and white Christmases…oh, the joy :)

  • Jessica says:

I love winter because I can curl up in front of the fire and read a book

  • I LOVE WINTER! <3 My favorite thing about winter is the snow(: I love watching it fall because it looks like we're in a giant snow globe and everything looks so pretty outside! Also I really enjoy looking at the Christmas lights because they are so festive and colorful. And my whole block is lit up by them so it's always fun to drive by and look at everyone's creative Christmas decorations!

  • Lacey Morris says:

I love winter because it’s about the only time I can jam out to Christmas music without annoying other people (who said you can’t have Jingle Bells in July anyways???) Plus, you know, I get to decorate my house with pretty lights.

  • Kayla says:

I love winter for lots and lots of reasons. The first reason is is that I love getting together with family. Everybody just gathers around in the holiday season and extended family travels in from all over the country. So I get to see family that I normally wouldn’t otherwise. The second reason is is that I absolutely adore the weather. I live in the mountains, so it snows all the time in winter. I really love the cold. (I hate hot weather.) And when it’s snows, everything’s just…peaceful. Time itself seems to slow down. And you get to curl up in front of the fire with hot chocolate and a good book, one of my favorite things to do. Also, winter is a good time for gift-giving and days off of school. :)

  • Victoria says:

My favourite thing about winter is getting prepared for it like doing Christmas shopping, wrapping presents, eating your advent calendar and putting up a tree (which I did this evening!) Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season!
P.S. Cassey your videos are fabulous and you are great at motivating me to become a better me!!! Thank you so much :)

  • Sydney Schissel says:

My favorite thing about winter is Christmas break, being a college student is hard work and getting to go home for the holidays is one of the greatest feelings. I am from Minnesota which makes it difficult to always go outside, but walking through the woods in the winter is one of my favorite activities. It can be so peaceful and calming. Winter is definitely my favorite season. :)

  • Amy says:

Everyone always seems to be in such good spirits and seeing smiles on the faces of my family during the Christmas season is pretty much the best thing ever!!!

  • Varpu says:

I’m from Finland so basically six months of the year we’re having winter. xD That’s why I think it’s very important to find as many beatiful and lovely things of it as possible, to bring joy. Otherwise my life would be quite miserable like half of the year and that is something I don’t want! So I chooce to see the best sides of Finland’s cold and dark winter.
First I just love snow! I always wish lots and lots of it so that it covers everything and makes the nature look so magical and beautiful. Then I can just wander around feeling like Alice in Wonderland :D
Winter sports are other thing that I just can’t live without! Ice skating and downhill skiing are so great but my actual favourite is playing football in a deep deep snow xD It’s so hard and so funny! Usually after half an hour of playing me and my friends are dying. It really gets your heart rate up and burns tons of calories;) Please try it if you haven’t and if you ever have the chance!
Probably the only thing that I love more about winter than those above is sauna! :D In winter time it’s truly the only place in Finland where I can feel warm. After hours of skating or playing football in the snow nothing feels better than going into a sauna. It just melts me totally making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I love it!

  • Hayley says:

My fave thing about winter is cuddling up near the fire and wearing cozy clothes. Looking outside a seeing all the beautiful snow. And especially all the Christmas movies on TV throughout December. :)

  • Esmeralda Conde says:

What I love most about the winter is the holidays that comes with it, in particular Christmas.

Christmas is both a good and bad holiday to my family. It’s a good holiday because it is a time when we can spend some good time together. Cozy in our beds or in the living room. Drinking hot chocolate or coffee and eating tamales because we’re Mexican’s haha.
But then it’s a constant reminder that we could haven been in complete family. When I was 13, my dad fell from a tree that he was cutting (he’s a gardener), just a few days before Christmas. He was unconscious and we had no idea where he was taken. We had one family friend who called all the hospitals in L.A County as well as Orange County. And he was kicked out of the hospital because he didn’t have insurance, luckily one of his cousins was visiting him and though she tried to reason with the hospital she took him home to us. My sister and I didn’t receive any Christmas presents that year and my parents cried about it. But to us, my dad being alive was enough, even though he was told it would take a year to walk again but he managed to walk within 4 months. So since then to our family, even though we had a terrible experience it changed our whole perspective of life, Christmas and Winter in general . To us it’s about family, love, and joy.

    • Leticia says:

Oh I’m sorry to hear about your dad,
That post was so moving I almost cried at the end, and I can see how you were very brave when your father fell and throughout the healing of him, congratulations!!!

I find winter pretty hard, it’s chilly here in the UK! But I like to stay festive and enjoy the Christmas markets in the dark evening when they are all lit up and sparkly. I take joy in Christmas shopping and find the perfect gifts for all my friends and family :) and this month I’m going to kick the winter blue by doing my first official blogilates month calendar! I’ve been doing the beginners one over and over, adding more videos so I can be strong enough to do this whole month and this one is going to be it! Xx

That Sexy Abs Workout was really good! Thanks for posting!

What I like most about winter is running in the park on a clear, sunny winter day and feeling the icy wind on my face. It makes me feel alive :)
Besides that, winter is my last name, so what other season than winter could be my favorite?!

  • Biro Pannika says:

I think winter has a gift for all of us.
It gives us the most beautiful holiday of the year.
it gives us joy, happiness, if you are lucky snow and snowmen :), hope, beauty because even if it doesn’t have the blossom of spring, the warmth of summer or the colors of autumn winter is beautiful.
This is what I love about winter.

  • Chez says:

Personally I always find Winter the most challenging month .I like to start my New Years Resolutions in December because, if I can do it as it gets darker, it will get easier when its lighter. It always gives me an extra boost when people start in January and I can tell them it gets better as I’m already a month in! I love wearing layers and accessorising too so winter has an extra bonus to summer there! There are also more opportunities to catch up with people in Winter too with December holidays and people almost expect that they will see you then so are more likely to be available :) Oh and skiing! :)

  • Frances says:

FIRES! Not the kind on your house, but the kind in your house! There is nothing like the radiating heat and light from a real fire. I love the feeling of getting so hot that I have to move away from the fire place.

  • Karla B says:

What I like most about winter is the season of Christmas in Medellín (Colombia); throughout the month of December is full of family activities, and which I like the most is to go with my family to see the spectacle of turned on of the Christmas lights the night of December 7th; Few months early millions of lights are installed throughout the city and mostly along the Medellín River, and that night come to life, forming hundreds of colorful and joyful scenes.. can be about christmas, nature, people, is soo beautiful that is hard not feeling amazed and cheerful every time I see it. I love it!! :D

  • Evelyn says:

What I love in winter is very simple. Spending time with my family or just having the time to read a book.
Also for me the winter is a time to recover from all the stress i have in the year and of course the joy of celebrating the beginning of a new year :)

  • Amy says:

My favourite part of winter is the fact that I can wear all of the clothes stashed in my wardrobe. I have way too many scarfs! I also love buying presents and seeing them all being opened. :)

  • Katrina Z. says:

  • Katariina says:

I love snow! It is so dark during winter in Finland, but when the snow falls to the ground it is soooo pretty! It is like winter wonderland in here :)

  • Lily says:

I’ve always really loved winter, mostly because of seasonal food (not just Christmas related) but snow. I’ll complain about it being cold but what never changes is my love of snow! Especially when it’s just fallen and there is a thick blanket of snow over everything and the sun glints off it so it looks like crystals! That and the satisfying crunch that I get when I first walk over it. :)

  • Katelyn says:

I normally love winter, but now that I’ve moved to a place without snow I love it more! I just graduated from college in May and will never forget last winter’s (lovely) fury; frigid below-zero walks on campus and late night broomball games with frozen eyelashes. I miss the beauty of falling snow, and I can’t wait to see it later this month when I go home to visit!

  • Me says:

My favorite thing about winter is being home with my family. Simple things like sitting on the couch with them at night, or playing board games. I live abroad and always go home for Christmas. Being abroad has really made me appreciate my family. About a week before I go home, I always start to miss my family as if the anticipation of seeing them again makes the missing even greater. I love winter because we have a family tradition of going skiing every year and its always a great week that we spend in the mountains with just the 4 of us, usually cut off from the world back home. xx

  • Jasmine Pasillas says:

To me winter fills that void of feeling cold when you sweat I love when I’m walking to and from my car on campus and it’s a blistering day of high winds that when I’m walking just to maneuver not getting run over or rushing to class I can be warm and still feel the coolness just by walking! The breeze on my face barely breaks a sweat but my whole body is warmed by the time I get to class.

  • Jasmine Pasillas says:

    Hi Cassey,

What I love about winter no matter where you’re from you can always search the net or stumble upon beautiful landscapes or snapshots of winter like snow, forest animals like moose elk deer wolves etc and it’s just a beauty to see what Mother Nature hold us for us give or take the weather conditions but just like you said we gotta push through it!!

  • Jasmine Pasillas says:

    Hi Cassey,
What I love about is well first off I live in San Antonio Texas and we really do not get much snow but that doesn’t stop me from wearing layers of layers of clothing! I love to mix and match and when it’s really not cold on most winter days I just love the feeling of warmth from the sun on a cool chilly day it’s like having the best of both worlds! Who could complain about that?!

  • Vangie says:

My favorite thing about winter is time with family and sitting by the fireplace. It’s so cozy:)

  • Alexis says:

My favorite thing about winter is breaking my abs on the first day of decemburn (:

  • Hi Cassey!

My name is Sonia, I’m almost 21 (Jan. 2nd), and I live in North Carolina. I am the oldest of 3 children and have always done a lot for my family. Several years ago my parents got divorced and my mom has been a single mother ever since. Now, all of us children are much older. But my little brother was only 8 when they first got divorced. I always understood why my mom couldn’t afford to get us expensive gifts or nice stockings and Christmas tree decorations.

It makes my heart hurt to see how much pain Christmas and this season can cause people. I know, first hand, what it’s like to not be able to get everything you want for the people you love. It does hurt, and I feel like there are so many people out there who are hurting this winter. What I also know is life is about much more than designer clothes, shiny cars, and new toys. The only thing that truly matters is FAMILY! Going from living a lavish lifestyle when my parents were together to living in poverty with my mom and siblings has shown me that. No material thing could ever be a better gift than getting to wake up with the people I love most, cook (we’re Italian lol), sing, and laugh a lot!

What I love about winter is how it can bring out the best in people! Everyone, including myself, should be nice all year long. But winter time brings out this side in people to donate, volunteer, hold the door open, or even just smile at a stranger. Those are the little things in life that really matter and make a difference. I love winter because it makes me want to be a better person.

Happy Holidays to you and yours Cassey! <3
    ~Sonia Hittle

  • What I love most about winter is the countdown to seeing my older sister. I live in the SF Bay Area and my sister has been living in NYC for a little over seven years now. Each year is different with how often we get to see her but the only time of year that is always certain is in the winter. She always comes home for Christmas and New Years and it is my absolute favorite thing about winter. I get to spend time with her and our family is complete when she is home.

  • sherry says:

The thing or things I love about winter is the snow. I love snow. I love how it Sparkles in the sunshine and the smell of the air before it snows. My 3 kiddos and I can spend hours building snowmen and barricade walls when we want to have snowball fights. I think that is a sweet memory they can have of spending time with their Mom. Very Magical season.

  • Alexis says:

my favorite thing about winter is seeing beautiful Christmas lights everywhere I go!

  • Alexis says:

My favorite thing about winter is my family coming together for the holidays

  • Melissa M says:

My favorite part about winter is spending time with my family! My kids (2 and 3), my husband, and i love winter and Christmas especially! We decorate our tree together, play in the snow whenever we can, have “tea time” after dinner with hot chocolate and maybe a “special treat” for the day (sometimes cookies and sometimes it’s an activity like coloring or puzzles).

My boys even enjoy doing Christmas shoe boxes and going through their own toys and donating things. And don’t forget shopping for gifts! A lot of people don’t enjoy it, but i love when i find the PERFECT gift for my husband, my mom, my kids, anybody! And i love watching them open it even more!!

However, if i had to pick MY favorite thing, besides big sweaters and ADORABLE socks, it’d be watching Christmas movies that i loved as a child with my kids. Movies like Frosty, Rudolph, A Christmas Carol, The Grinch, Home Alone, The Polar Express, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Miracle on 34th Street, and my favorite: A Charlie Brown Christmas! All of these movies bring back so many good memories of my parents and my sister and the winter evenings we had. My kids and i spend almost every night of December and even some of January watching movies, even if that means a late bed time (usually does). :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all of you and to you Cassey! I hope that you all really do have a fantastic holiday season and an even better 2015!

  • Toni says:

Winter time is my favorite season of the year, always have been. I love all the Holidays that come with it, it really is a joyous time getting to celebrate the end of the year with family and friends. I just introduced my 1 year old son to his first play date with snow over the weekend and he had a great time playing in it. I’m glad that I enjoy winter because I’m in Minnesota and there’s no avoiding it! My house is fully decorated already and I’m just staying warm and enjoying each day.

  • Lindsay says:

My favourite part of winter is coming inside after being out in the cold and snow. Coming in, putting on a big comfy sweater and sitting by the fireplace with some hot chocolate. So good!

  • Heather says:

I love spending time with my family and friends. My family goes out to pick a Christmas tree at a tree farm, and have a great time putting it up and decorating it. We’ll sit around watching movies, baking cookies and other desserts, and go down to MD to visit the rest of the family. We exchange gifts, catch up with each other and have a good time. Freezing our butts off to shuck some oysters in the backyard of my aunt’s house lol, but it’s still fun. The aroma of cookies in the oven is mouthwatering. I love lounging around in my pjs and cozy socks. It’s so relaxing to curl up in an armchair by the fireplace reading a book as I drink hot chocolate (or hot apple cider or hot tea!). I love snuggling under my covers in bed, wake up and see snow falling. Snow and frost on the windowsills. The Christmas lights and decorations are so pretty and festive!

  • Joelle C says:

My favorite part of winter is Christmas because it means that I will be traveling home to see my family. My brothers and sister-in-laws all travel home to my parents for the whole week and it’s one of the only times we are together the whole year. :)

  • Heather says:

Thank you so much Cassey for the giveaway!

What do I love most about winter? Gosh there’s so many things! Compared to the other seasons, winter has a dark, magical beauty to it. The animals are hibernating, previously full trees are bare, there’s a crispness to the air, and the silence. Everything becomes still. Winter isn’t as colorful. A once blue sky becomes grey. The sparkling white snow blankets the grass and trees. When the sun hits the snow, it glistens more and is so pretty! I also love seeing icicles dangling off roofs and tree limbs. It’s like a different world.

  • Arlene says:

I love winter because i live in Finland wnd we get a looooot of snow and it just looks reallly beautiful! Then you can also go for walks outside and then come in and jump under a blanket with a hot cup of cocoa and watch TV or jump in to sauna! The contrast is what i like.

I think the thing I love the most about winter, is the way the sun comes through my window in the morning. I always roll out of bed with my blanket around my shoulders. The sunlight spills all over my carpet, dappled by leaves from my favourite tree. I just lie down. The carpet is all warm and soft. For once I feel like I can clear my head. Even when the world just seems to be spinning out of control and going so fast that I can’t keep up. But when I close my eyes. Oh man. You know that colour? That kind of hot orange that warms your heart even in the middle of winter? Yeah, thats what I see and feel. That colour, and nothing else. Sometimes it makes me cry, the sheer beauty of it. Thats what I love about winter.

  • Breeana says:

Oh. My. Gad. Those headphones are gorgeous <3_<3

I honestly didn't think I would be able to come up with anything for what I like about winter.. I was born and raised in Southern California, and I'm still here in sunny LA county for college! Needless to say, I don't handle cold very well.. I don't like hot drinks either (I freeze during the winter as I sip on my holiday caramel brûlée frappe from Starbucks). Nevertheless, on this cold, rainy night (unusual, considering the unusually warm weather we've been having), as I cuddle myself in my sheets, I have come up with an answer! My favorite thing about winter is being able to wrap myself with my fluffy/furry blanket :) I love anything soft, blankets, jackets, stuffed animals, you name it. Wrapping myself in fluff and snuggling into my many pillows is a great way to spend a winter night. I also like when it gets cold enough to take out my comforter, it's like sleeping in clouds.

  • Aileen says:

What I love about winter of course the Cold that’s honestly gave me that positive vibes all the way. :) but most of all I love it coz my family tends to get closer and cuddling with my siblings are the best.

  • Stacey says:

I’ve never really lived in cold climates, so my favorite thing about winter is when it gets chilly enough to wear a jacket and scarf, but it’s still bright enough to wear sunglasses. Best of both worlds!

  • Cory says:

I hate cold weather, so my favorite part of winter is winter clothes! Layers, scarves, chunky sweaters, boots, jackets and coats!

  • Jacqueline says:

My favorite thing about winter is when I get to stay inside and hunker down in a nice fuzzy pullover and watch the snow fall down through my window! And if there is a snow day, my friends and I convene at someone’s house for a snow day breakfast potluck and 90s cartoons! It’s good to live in proximity to so many people that I am close with so I can share these moments with them. :)

  • Jen says:

My favorite thing about winter are boots :)!

  • Anna-Kaisa says:

  • Giovanna Varuzza says:

    Hi Cassey!
Thank you for all of the awesome videos! My favorite part about winter is walking around campus all bundled up while I drink my Starbucks holiday drink. I also love all of the lights and decorations that are everywhere, It always puts a smile on my face to drive by a house covered in Christmas lights.
    Thanks again,
    Giovanna

  • Elaine says:

    Hi Cassey!
Thanks for the awesome gifts for Christmas this year! You are AMAZING and I love the workouts. And I really loooooove winter as I can wear all the crazy neon winter outfits I got and look like this Christmas tree while getting gifts for my friends! And I also enjoy the weird stares while I’m out. Hahas:D

  • SL says:

    Hi Cassey,
I wonder if you would consider posting all workout-related stuff (like the calendar and new weekly youtube workouts that are on the calendar) at least 6 or preferably 12 hours earlier than you do now for the people on the other side of the world?

It’s really hard if not impossible for me (and probably many others that work full time) to fit in a workout once the work day has started. The new video today was posted early enough for me to do it before work, but it’s been four hours since you tweeted about the password being emailed out and I still haven’t gotten it (last month, it took about 7 hrs after it was sent out for the email to arrive).

    Thanks, SL

  • Giovanna Varuzza says:

    Hi Cassey!
Thank you for all of your videos. I am a personal trainer myself and whenever my clients ask me what they can do outside of the gym I always refer them to this site!
Anyways, I go to school in western NY so it often seems that winter is never ending. With that being said, I have to admit that it has grown on me. Aside from the holidays, I enjoy my walks around campus all bundled up holding my favorite Starbucks holiday drink. I also love all of the Christmas lights that are everywhere. It brighten ups my mood whenever I drive pass a heavily decorated house or store:)
    Thanks again,
    Giovanna

  • Jessica S. says:

My favorite part about winter is related to two things fashion and feelings. Winter fashions are always fun since for the most part you can find things that are not just cute, but also cozy and comfortable. And don’t even get me started on the boots! In addition, winter just gives me that holiday feeling. I suddenly find myself in the office play HOLIDAY MUSIC! Winter is its on type of therapy. ☺

  • Aliyah says:

My abs still hurt from the abs workout I did yesterday and today is all about abs too. I love you and hate you at the same time. <3

Thank you for doing the giveaway! I've always wanted a Beats headphone!! T__T

So let's see, my favorite thing about winter is how fresh snow crunches under my boots! And also how it's cold and I get to wear layered clothes. It's my favorite season for fashion!

  • Alice Pardoe says:

    Hi Cassey,
I am loving the 6 minute series. Could feel my abs straight away with this video.

My favourite thing about winter would be bundling up in warm clothes and then going for a walk along the beach. The cold winter air mixes with the fresh sea salt and warmer temperature of the water. The air is still brisk but has the scent of the salty sea.

    Thanks,
    Alice

  • Kathrine says:

Cassey, thank you very much for changing my life =)

  • Julia says:

My favourite part about winter is pulling out my all my colourful and sparkly gloves, hats and winter gear. Although the days are shorter and darker, it doesn’t mean you can’t dress BRIGHT! I love walking outside in the snow with my brightest winter clothes on. It makes me feel like one awesome Christmas tree :)

  • Sofia Casar says:

Hi Cassey! My favorite thing about winter is going skiing in colorado (although I H-A-T-E the cold, ironic isn’t it!) Happy holidays and lets kill this month popsters.

  • sara says:

My Favorite thing about winter is spending time with my family, wear those big sweaters and long boots (although I am very sensitive to cold), also (and throughout the year) Workout with you! <3

  • Brooke McMahon says:

    Happy Holidays Cassey and Everyone!

What I love about Winter is being able to rug up and make my home feel so cosy, warm and welcoming! I love having the fire burning, a roast dinner cooking and I love being able to sit around wearing socks and track pants and snuggling up to my boyfriend! But most of all i enjoy being able to watch Blogilates YouTube vids to keep fit and motivated throughout the colder seasons without leaving my home, so there is no excuse to get lazy because of the cold weather!

I love you Cassey and hope you have an amazing Christmas and Happy New Year!

    Love from Brooke xx

  • Kaitlin says:

My FAVORITE thing about Winter is getting to cuddle with people around a fire and drinking hot chocolate >^_^<

  • Asha says:

Gonna commit this month (and I’m gonna make a blog to stay accountable – I’ll post it here when I’ve got it up, in case anyone wants to follow me [and comment on my blog so I know people read it, an accountability blog isn’t very good at its job without readers ;) ] ) I’ve been doing the first few days or week of the calendars, but I’m tired of starting over as a beginner every time, so I need to commit :/

Also, Cassey, why have you been using Friday as a rest day (just curious)? It’s not too big of a problem for me, but since I need to use Sunday as my rest day (can’t be sweaty for church!), it can be confusing some months to switch around the days to make Sunday work out as my rest day. This month wont be too bad, since I can just switch Friday and Sunday on the calendar, but a lot of months I can’t do that because of how the days are arranged (else I’d end up working abs 2 days in a row or something).

Oh, and the giveaways are awesome (especially that fitbit, I’ve been wanting one since you did that fitbit flex giveaway), thanks for being so nice to us :)

What meal plan should we follow with this?

  • Mitra says:

So do we do cardio in addition to this calendar? Is eating clean and doing the calendar enough to get abs?

  • Jessica says:

I love winter because I can breathe out like a dragon =P. 24 years old and not afraid to admit it!

  • Laura says:

Cassey, you’re always so generous :) thank you for this new Christmas big givaway!
What I like about Winter? I like many things about this season, but what really fulls my heart are colors :) White snow, grey sky, black trees, the magic mist… and as the sun peeps out, it make it all so shiny and glittering! Plus, we all decorate houses, shops, streets and wear colorful clothes, which stand out on the glacial winter landscape. I love that contrasts :)

    Bye
    Laura
p.s. The pink headphones would stand out magnificently on the white of snow! :P
