Your December Workout Calendar!

HAPPY DECEMBER! Before we get into workout stuff…IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
I wanted to let you know that the live world wide PREMIERE of “The Enchanted Oasis”, our official wedding video, is happening THIS SUNDAY December 2nd at 9AM PST on YouTube.com/Blogilates!
Please mark your calendar and come watch it with me and Sam live at 9AM PST this Sunday! I’ll be commenting in real time and watching with you. AHHH I cannot wait for you to see it and relive the most magical day of our lives with us!
Next up, the December Workout Calendar!
It is the last month before 2019 – so instead of waiting til Jan 1 to start getting fit, START NOW! That means on Jan 1, you’ll be a month ahead of EVERYONE else! Here’s your plan:
- SUNDAY: Angelic Arms – working your upper body!
- MONDAY: Beautiful Booty – we’ll work butt, hamstrings and all things backside!
- TUESDAY: Peaceful PIIT – cardio and fat burning time.
- WEDNESDAY: Cheerful Core – abs, abs, abs.
- THURSDAY: Festive Full Body – let’s pull it all together for a total body sesh.
- FRIDAY: Reflect & Recharge – rest day.
- SATURDAY: Glistening Glutes – booty and leg time!
If you’re new around here, this is how it goes!
- Click on the hi res link to download the calendar and print it out for your wall!
- Head over to blogilates.com/calendar and click on the videos of the day. It’ll take you directly to the YouTube video!
- Do each video once (unless otherwise stated)
- Check off as you go!

I’m new to this. So we are to do every video once. Even if there are multiple videos working the same body part?
Yes!! But if you’re new you should do the Beginners Calendar before jumping into the monthly calendar. It’s a bit easier and will work you up to it! 🙂
yes! Each box will have about 4-5 videos and youll do them all for that day. Cassey usually has a playlist on youtube for every day.
Hi I have a question.. i have 45 kg nd I wanna gain weight; could these exercises effect negatively on my weight??

Does anyone have any advice for working out with an injury? I have shoulder surgery coming up and I want to stay in shape!!
I kinda miss the fun design of the old calendars, with cool drawings on it and stuff …, I would’ve loved it if the calendars became themed again, like for example the december calendar with a christmas-tree background. but still love these 🙂 X
