Why I love working out!
- It’s my “ME TIME”
- It helps me relieve stress
- I get an instant energy boost
- I get a natural high 🙂
- I love seeing results
- I can feel myself getting stronger
- I get to dress up in my cutest activewear
- I drink tons of water, so hydration is easy
- I tend to make healthier food choices afterwards
- I’m so happy when I’m done 😛

I agree with all of your reasons! I have another one to add though. For me, I’m always more productive after I work out. The energy boost I get makes me much more likely to tackle homework, clean my house, or do laundry!
I love #10! I love working out too, but usually my motivation is thinking about how good I’ll feel afterward 🙂

Pretty much the same reasons :
it’s hard, but feel so good when I’m done!
it makes my mind empty : I forgot about everything : no prob, no bad feelings, no sadness…
love seeing results
and the most important reason : it helps me not being guilty when I eat something REALLY unhealthy (but soooo good) lol!
