Just wanted to let you know that I am aware that the blog looks completely messed up right now! Was trying to test out a new look and everything sort of died.
Sigh…
Will work on this and hopefully everything will restore! If anyone knows any reliable wordpress coders please comment and let me know!

Love the new design of the website! The other was just a little too cluttered, but now I can easily navigate the website! I think I will visit even more frequently now. 🙂

Do you know how to work with Blogger? I have a wordpress account, but find the usability for me better on blogger. I want to do some updates as I want to sell on the website and can’t for the life of me figure out how to get away from the normal boring templates… Thanks for any advance or help in advance!
I think it’ll take some getting used to, but I miss the old one. Maybe because I really literally visited it everyday, and you helped me so much with my workouts. 🙂 But this will do as well.

Bahaha I know this is just one opinion but I preferred the way your blog looked when it had that greenish theme to it.
But the colour scheme right now suits your fitness blog type better

So I realize that I have a bruise on my back right where the spine is.
I’m kinda scared cuz no1 hit me or something, but it’s true that when I do some of your videos (for the abs mostly) in Some moves that part hurts or bothers me… Maybe it could be cuz of that… help!
