Tried something new today! I am taking the Human Trainer (this TRX like device) with me on my trip to Australia and China tomorrow. Sometimes when you’re in a new city and you just have to workout and you don’t have a go-to gym, running is a great option – but weight lifting becomes an issue! So this time I am leaving PREPARED! I’m bringing the Human Trainer with me.

Besides having some equipment in a video, I particularly like this video because of my new microphone! Would you just LISTEN to the pristine crispness of that audio quality!!????? Thank you Sennheiser for creating a big dent in my wallet. But it is so worth it. I can’t stop listening to myself without wind, scratches, and sensitivity issues. I bought the mic mainly for the DVD I’ll be filming but I’ll be able to ammortize it by using it in all of my workout vids. I am so happy with this investment 🙂

So you won’t believe it but it is nearly 2am on the day of which I embark on a 1 month journey outside of the US and guess what. I haven’t packed yet. Yes, me is crazy! I won’t say what else I didn’t do because I don’t want you to think I am nuts. I just didn’t REALIZE how much stuff I had to get done before I left. So here I am. Probably gonna pull an all nighter. Maybe this is a good thing so that I can sleep on the plane for 20 hours and wake up in a new land. Yea…probably NOT gonna happen that way!!!!!

Crazy Cassey.

I am praying for good movies on the plane. I am praying that I will be able to squeeze in a quick workout tomorrow before I go. Praying that I won’t forget anything. And praying that I can maybe relax a little bit. Will be disconnected from the world, well my Blogilates world, the internet, for over 20 hours. I am not sure how I will function. Half my life is my internet connection. Now who am I without YouTube, Facebook, and this blog? Haha, but no really. Isn’t that crazy? I am so connected to you guys…virtually!

Like I said, will be vlogging and shooting workouts live from Australia and China. Will also be posting pics, daily hopefully. I’ll get on FB as best as I can! I didn’t get a chance to start the new CasseyHo channel on entrepreneurship and following your passions this week. My first vlog will have to be in Oz. Which will actually be cool. Change of scenery. I think you’ll like it 🙂

OK, well I better stop or else I won’t make it to the airport. Haha. No not funny. Alright…I’m going now!
