Toned Arms & Sculpted Back for Cocktail Dresses
Thank you so much for all of your support and kind words on my last post, “You’re thigh gap’s not good enough FYI“. You guys are beyond appreciative and it makes me feel so strongly about the future of our Blogilates Community. Each and every one of us contributes a bit of ourselves that sculpts the personality of the whole group, so it is important that we stay positive and supportive of one another always. Thank you for being here with me and POPsters everywhere!
Now, this week I bring to you workout number 3 of the Holiday Cocktail Dress Series! This routine is going to get your arms and back so toned without any equipment. I’m serious. Wait til you get to the Superman Pulses Combo. The burn will be so bad, it’s really actually too good 🙂 Give it a try and let me know how you LOVE it.
And because Christmas is next week, here is you’re 3rd “Cassey’s Favorite Things” Giveaway! This week, I’m giving away…
and the MAKE IT HAPPEN Geo Strap Tank!
Here’s how to enter:
1. Download the Blogilates Official App on iPhone or Android (it’s FREE!)
2. Take a sweaty pic
3. Post the sweaty pic in the forum under “Getting Fit”
That’s it! Enter as many times as you want (it must be a different pic every time though), and the contest is open to everyone, everywhere, any age! I will announce the winner next week on Monday December 23rd! Good luck!
And congrats to Brianna from Florida who won the UE Boom Speakers from last week’s holiday giveaway!
Have a fantastic week! Keep up the hard work. You’re all doing amazing on the 12 week #newbodymakeover challenge. Lots of people losing weight and feeling happier and stronger. The happier part always solidifies my belief that fitness is so much more than just physical. It’s your whole well-being as a person.
To receive the week 4 meal plan password, sign up for my free newsletter! I will send this email out some time on Tuesday (today). Week 4 will complete Phase 1 of the 12 week challenge. Then we move onto Phase 2 with a slightly shifted plan.
