The Blogilates January 2023 Workout Calendar!
Whoa. It feels SO WEIRD to write 2023, but here we are! I hope you had a chance to rest, recharge, and reflect this week. The last few weeks of the year always feel like a whirlwind, so the week after Christmas always seems like a good time to just…pause. You know?
It’s a good time to think about who you were this time last year, and how you’ve grown since. Or maybe, you can reflect on challenges and how you’ve persevered through them. Maybe you haven’t reached your end goal YET, but now is a good check point to see what’s working and what’s not.
You don’t HAVE to make big changes just because the New Year is here, but I do think there’s value in checking in with yourself every now and then. The end of the year just feels natural!
Anyways, if you’re ready for a fresh routine come January 1st, I have just the thing:

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the January Workout Calendar. You ready?!!!
MONDAY: Total Body
THURSDAY: Total Body
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs
Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Most days will be around 45 min of exercise.

love your workouts cassey! but how come the workouts keep getting shorter every month? seems like they used to be an hour, then moved down to 45, now they’re 30. i’ll probably start adding my own videos to the daily workouts
I noticed this too! I think somewhere around the middle of 2022 the workouts started getting shorter and she changed the description to say “Most days will be around 45 min of exercise.” instead of “Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.”
I think it’s related to how the gym bros/gym girls extremely hated on her latest 90-day journey to getting muscle and perhaps she lost the excitement to film workouts nowadays… but anyway I’m sure she’s finding her fulfillment apart from posting and sharing workouts online 🙂 I just miss it and I hope she revisits it, though I think she’s moving onto something else.
Why are the workouts only 30 min. in total? In the past, they were 45 min. and was much more effective. I don’t understand why you guys decided to lower the duration of the workouts????
It’s a Re-set for people starting their fitness journey. for people that have followed her all of 2022 its a time for you to rest the body a bit but also focus on your form to keep up with the longer duration in the up coming months

I completely understand the feeling of needing to pause and reflect after the busy holiday season. It’s a great opportunity to take stock of where we are and how we have grown over the past year. It’s also a good time to reassess our goals and see what is working and what might need to be adjusted. Looking at this calender, I feel nostalgic for the ones a couple of years back, you know, when there were new videos every week and the daily selection of workouts amounted to a decent time. Cassey and her workouts helped me lose A LOT of weight from 2016 to 2018, but now she seems solely focused on producing and promoting clothing and workout gear, which is fine of course if that’s her journey, even though I’m not interested in buying what she’s selling. And I’m truly sad to finally turn my back on Blogilates and find different workout routines now.
I’m officially 3 months postpartum and want to get back into working out like before, but will start slowly since I’m still breastfeeding and want to wean slowly. My goal is to be more comfortable with my body since giving birth and push my self to do my best and feel the best!
So excited to get off to a great start this new year!!
