The Blogilates February 2022 Workout Calendar!

Hey guys!

Just like that, January is check, done! And now, we enter the month of love – February!

We started the year off with such a bang. We spent an entire week working out together, eating plant-based foods together, and just all around crushing the Glow Up Sessions. That energy ignited something in me, and hopefully it did for you too! It was the final push I needed to embark on my second 90 Day Journey. It’s been TOUGH but my motivation is still burning full force. Because I’m doing this for me.

How can you show yourself some love in February? What is something you can do for you, that will make you feel FIERCE? If you need some time to think, no problem! I have something to get you started…

Every time you check off a workout on this calendar this month. I want you to think about what this does for you. How it makes you feel. How it propels you to your goals. And then, think about the potential you see for yourself.

How To Follow The February Workout Calendar

Now that you know where to find your workouts, here’s what you can expect each day of the February Workout Calendar. The goal? To make sure every muscle group gets the attention it deserves every week 😉

SUNDAY: Recovery
MONDAY: Total Body
TUESDAY: Abs
WEDNESDAY: Booty
THURSDAY: Total Body
FRIDAY: Arms
SATURDAY: Legs & Thighs

Do each video once (unless otherwise stated) and check off as you go! Each day will be around 45 min of exercise.

    Have you considered gearing some workouts towards some of us that are a bit more “life experienced”? Workout needs change as women become post-menopausal. I’ve been following you since you started but needs are changing.

    Love love love that Sunday is for recovery again! I always used to adjust the calendar to use Sunday for recovery but now I don’t have too!! My extra love for February is drinking enough water! Just got my cottage more water bottle in the mail!

    Hi Cassey,
    I’m not to sure where else to put this comment as I can’t find anywhere for app support. I recently upgraded to premium on the app, I went to start the February calendar and its not loading anything at all 🙁 not even any previous workouts I have done, it also doesn’t seem to acknowledge its changed month.
    I’m not sure how to fix it.

    Hi Cassey! I’m noticing that the app isn’t loading the February calendar, I saw this was an issue for users in May of 2019, first time it’s happened to me though. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and it hasn’t helped… Have also left a note in the ‘suggestions’ portal on the app. Thanks!

    I love the new schedule! It is great! I always skipped Wednesday’s cardio as i never really liked it, and always thought that Sunday should be nice and relaxing so stretches on Sunday are awesome! Great change to usual routine making it more interesting and somehow more motivating to keep working out. I love total body workout, so having it twice a week makes it twice as good 🙂

    Hey Cassey, I actually prefer the old workout schedule, with abs on sunday, booty on tuesday, etc. If it’s not too much trouble, would you consider changing the calendar back? Also unrelated but it’s super cool to see you embark on another 90 day journey, this time for muscle!! Wishing u the best of luck <3

      Just to clarify, I meant future workout calendars, not this month’s calendar as it’s already out!!

        You could just rearrange for yourself too. Tick them off on the days you wanna do them, as long as you’re doing something each day, it wont really matter which thing you’re doing 🤷‍♀️

    Hi Cassey, I was just wondering why there isn’t a cardio day as usual in this month’s calendar (not my fav but I know I have to get it in 🙂 )
